Sunnyside Acura

Buying a new car at Sunnyside Acura was a very enjoyed experience for me!! My dealings were mainly with Kayhan and he was fantastic!! After that painless process was done, Kayhan spent extra time with us going over all the many options in the TL, ensuring we were comfortable using them all. I needed a vehicle in a short period of time for work and I went online one Sunday to find the Acura MDX I wanted. I've been to other Acura dealerships but the Acura MDX's they were offering were not up to p I went online one Sunday to find the Acura MDX I wanted. I found a used Acura MDX (Black exterior/Taupe interior) in great condition online at Sunnyside and contacted Wally Noueiri to hold the vehicle as i wanted to come in test drive it and then buy it. Well, prior to my arrival to the dealership to check the vehicle out, many people visiting the dealership wanted to buy the vehicle on the spot, but my Acura Advisor (Wally) held the vehicle for me even when he didn't know if I would purchase the vehicle. We found the people at Sunnyside Acura to be professional, knowledgable, responsive, friendly, and outgoing. Our salesperson had a great sense of humor and was clearly a well educated, well rounded individual. He made us feel comforatble and he was credible. We did not feel as if we were pressured in any way. The finance manager was also credible, friendly and helpful in explaining things to us. He was als very responsive to our questions and concerns.
