I returned to Sunnyside this year because of the outstanding service I received 7 years ago when I purchased a pre-owned MDX. I didn't think it could get any better, but "wow" was I more than impre outstanding service I received 7 years ago when I purchased a pre-owned MDX. I didn't think it could get any better, but "wow" was I more than impressed. I went to the dealership on three different occasions to inquire about a new MDX. The first person I came into contact with was Alex Gad. He was courteous, professional and engaging. I was not ready to purchase that day but he did keep in touch with me via phone to ensure me that he would do whatever I needed to get me into a new MDX. The day that I went back to drive the MDX, Alex was not there but Mike Keane and Franklin Emerson were more than helpful with my questions and assured me that they were also there to help me along with my purchase. Finally, once I took the big leap and decided I needed a new vehicle, Alex and his manager Nadi Malek put me at ease and made my Presidents Day a day to remember. The finance manager Franklin helped me decide what I truly needed for this vehicle, such as the maintenance plan and the extended warranty. He also took the time with me on such a busy day to answer all questions regarding my finance needs. Alex then took time 2 days later to go over ALL questions I had regarding the vehicle because the day I purchased I had to drive away in my new MDX to pick up my young boys at school. My boys returned with me that day and he was terrific with them in explaining anything technical in the vehicle as they have IPads to link to the stereo system. As we drove away that night my boys said "Mom, Alex and everyone there are so nice". The team at Sunnyside Acura are true sales professionals that I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
