Sun Chevrolet's service department is horrible! They over-charged me by 2.5 hours of labor on my first service visit with my brand new 2020 Corvette. I even have PDR footage proving this. I had to sub over-charged me by 2.5 hours of labor on my first service visit with my brand new 2020 Corvette. I even have PDR footage proving this. I had to submit a complaint to the BBB and to GM due to their fraudulent business practices. Needless to say, avoid this place! More

Very unprofessional, Poor customer service Purchased from Sun Chevrolet in December of 2019. Still have yet to receive the title. I have called/emailed several different times with different Purchased from Sun Chevrolet in December of 2019. Still have yet to receive the title. I have called/emailed several different times with different people. The title clerk has yet to return my call, called her three times. Only one transmitter was with the car, so they had to order the second one. Was told by Sarah A. to not hesitate to contact her, even to schedule service. Contacted her about scheduling an appt to have transmitter(they didn't have at the sell of the suv)programmed, she responded "I am not sure but I can check" Never heard back from her. She also mentioned getting a referral check to my daughter since she previously purchased a car from Sarah and that ultimately lead to me going there. Still no check!!!! Very unprofessional. Asked to speak to a manager, had the receptionist checking on title...... Never was transferred over to a GM or supervisor. DO NOT RECOMMEND> More
