Made an appointment on a Thursday for a Tuesday inspection. dropped car off Monday and stated I need the car back by the end of Tuesday. 30 min prior to closing on Tuesday evening I haven’t heard f inspection. dropped car off Monday and stated I need the car back by the end of Tuesday. 30 min prior to closing on Tuesday evening I haven’t heard from Sun Chevy so I went down to see whats up. They claimed they didn’t have time to do look at the car, and if I told them I needed the car back by end of day (which I did) that they would have had it done. So I get my car back that hasn’t been inspected, it’s covered in bird crap, and I need to take more time to make arrangements to have it done somewhere else. This place has gone down hill over the recent years. This is the third time in a row with these idiots that they couldn’t do what I took my vehicle there for. Stike three they’re out… I will never go back there and I will tell everyone to stay away from that place. it’s a shame, Sun used to be a great dealership. More
