Ruined drivers seat of my 2014 Corvette, no accountability. Sun Chevrolet decided to replace the leather seat cover on my drivers seat on my 2014 Corvette over a small defect I asked them to look at. Got the seat back looking 10x worse than it was before due to improper installation. Sun Chevrolet sent it out to another shop which was also not equipped to properly install the new seat cover and then ended up ordering another cover. After 2 months I got called and said the car was ready and everything was better. Go to pick it up on a Saturday morning and it's even worse than before. Cory promised to call me back the following Monday after escalating to the regional manager. 2 weeks went by with no communication so I contacted GM Customer care for help, Sun told them sorry they tried and that I should try another dealership, GM has been no help in resolving this issue. 0 accountability for shoddy work. Be careful who you let work on your car, these guys will lie to your face and don't stand behind their work. More

They would not come down on the price of a new car but tried to find us a used car that would fit our budget. AJ was great to work with & did all he could to try & find the car we wanted. I had to go to a Cadillac dealer in Lancaster to find a 2011 that had only 1000 miles on it. I do give them an "A" for effort and would give them another chance next time. More
I emailed to get a price and information on a preowned vehicle they had in stock. Tom Hamilton responded quickly and over the next couple days continued to answer all my questions and even take extra phot vehicle they had in stock. We had issue's with our Credit Union losing our check so we could pick up car and Tom knowing my husband and I only had Saturday to pick up ; went above and beyond to find a solution. Mike from finance ran our credit application quickly and got us a better rate then my husbands credit union. We drove up to get car and the top notch treatment continued. Hot Dogs, Popcorn..and the smoothest best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Thank you Tom and Mike.. We will tell anyone looking for a car to check you guys out. You are well worth the drive! More
