Excellent service and knowledgable staff While traveling from IA, we realized the inside right front tire, on our 2015 Transit 250 van, was cupping severely. Seeing Summit Ford along I-70 in While traveling from IA, we realized the inside right front tire, on our 2015 Transit 250 van, was cupping severely. Seeing Summit Ford along I-70 in Silverthorne, CO, we decided to stop and see what they thought about alignment of the front. We had the pleasure of dealing with T C Bagley in their service dept. area. Much to our surprise, she scheduled an appt for us the next afternoon. She made sure we understood what our costs would be up front, before anything was done. As it turned out, parts needed to be ordered to complete an alignment, which we did not have the time to wait for. She recommended that we get back to our own dealership, where time would not be an issue. It was so nice to be treated as tho we had purchased our Transit from them and they were concerned about our problem. Thank you so much Ms Bagley! More
Warranty work was very thorough. We had a warranty issue with heater on our 2014 Ford Explorer, TC got us in quickly and Dan did a very thorough job on checking vehicle. Warranty Work Our 2016 Explorer Sport had a engine light to suddenly come on with 18,234 miles showing on the odometer. We purchased the vehicle new in Maryland and Our 2016 Explorer Sport had a engine light to suddenly come on with 18,234 miles showing on the odometer. We purchased the vehicle new in Maryland and use it here in Colorado during ski season. I called Summit Ford in Silverthorne and spoke to T C Bagley , a Master Certified Service Advisor, with their service department. She got me scheduled in immediately and determined the crank case sensor was bad and informed us it was ok to drive our vehicle until the new sensor came in. She kept our work order open and after a week called to say the new sensor was in,and gave us a choice of times to bring our vehicle in. Today, April 6, 2018, I took our Explorer in and in a little over an hour, our new sensor was installed, the oil and filter were changed, and tires rotated. Good for another 4,000 miles. I'll have to say, T C made the hole ordeal as simple as possible for us, no inconvenience, pleasant to work with, and made me feel I was her number one priority. THANKS FOR THE GREAT JOB! More
