I went in for an oil change, and I knew my thermostat was defective. Told them that gave them the code it was reading and disregarded anything I said. I had to call them 2 different times 4 hours after I dro defective. Told them that gave them the code it was reading and disregarded anything I said. I had to call them 2 different times 4 hours after I dropped my car off to get somebody to tell me what was going on. They told me they already flushed the coolant without asking me first and said the thermostat was defective (oh really?) They then told me it took almost an hour to diagnosis this problem WHEN I ALREADY TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG. They charged me almost 2 hours of work for the thermostat alone, and also quoted other repairs at higher prices then some other ford dealers quoted them at. I will never take my car back to them. The first time I went it took them 6 hours to put gas in my car and never called me. When I told them I would take my business elsewhere they didn't even care. Worst dealership experience I have ever had in my entire life. More
We bought our Ford Expedition from Formby, the predecessor to Summit Ford, and every experience with this location has been excellent. Every service problem (there have only been 3) has been solv predecessor to Summit Ford, and every experience with this location has been excellent. Every service problem (there have only been 3) has been solved the first time. The last time we had a problem it turned out to be a disconnected hose, which they connected for no charge. The most recent repair was more significant, but it too was resolved by the day promised. Clint was our service advisor, and he took care of everything, called to advise us of the progress, and offered to get us a rental car. A good experience. Recommended for sales and service. More
My car was in great condition before I got a routine oil change and I tried to drive back home to New York and my engine caught fire because there was no oil in it. I don't know if they couldn't screw something on right or put incorrect oil in it, but my car was destroyed from a simple oil change. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. More

The staff went out of their way to assist us with an out-of-state, Internet purchase of a used 5 year old Jeep SUV. We did not drive this vehicle prior to purchase, so we had to rely on the dealership' out-of-state, Internet purchase of a used 5 year old Jeep SUV. We did not drive this vehicle prior to purchase, so we had to rely on the dealership's word and the pictures they sent as to the condition of the vehicle. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. They sent detailed pictures and prepped the car beautifully. They arranged transport of the car to the nearest auto auction house, so we could pick it up. The car was in great shape when we picked it up, and we are very happy with our choice of vehicle and dealership. This dealer's customer service is the best I have ever encountered. More
