Very Happy to receive the survey from Sullivan Cadillac. I would first like to Point out the magnificent attention to details upon coming into the dealership. Everyone there was so gracious to welcome me and provide assistance, when I mention assistance... No one tries to crowd you in or attack you as I put it with trying to make a sale. The two individuals I primarily worked with I would have to say, made me feel very comfortable and knowledged me and my requests. Mr. Bob Vitrano.... From Long Island New York had to be without a doubt the best representative I have ever worked with purchasing a vehicle. Bob was so gracious as he presented himself in a very professional caring way to acknowledge my needs in such a precise manor. For the first time in my 78 years I found someone who not only knew what he was talking about but, truly listen and acknowledged my request. I felt like I had made a friend and he really cared what was most important to me during the process. I truly enjoyed the process with Bob yes he made it kind of magical, WOW !!!! But Bob never missed a beat listen to everything and without hesitation found a solution... What a guy.... He's not a representative or car dealer no no no .... The only words that come to mind is Magical ! The other gentleman Bob introduced me to Mr Enoch Mikell..... Now this is where the whole process came to a crescendo to conclude my purchase. Again, WOW..... This man was so precise and let me tell you I felt like he really cared and wanted to make me Pleased and Happy. That's exactly what he did made me Pleased and Happy as he knowledge I was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force. Both these gentlemen along with all the staff at Sullivan Cadillac acknowledged my service to our country and thank me for my service. So to conclude, I Thank you Sullivan Cadillac for providing me with true joy of purchasing a new 2024 Cadillac lyric. This is the first time in my lifetime I've looked at or should I say gone to a Cadillac dealership. Upon taking possession and leaving the dealership, I felt like I was an astronaut and traveling through to a new experience as I knew I had made the right decision purchasing one magnificent well thought out and designed automotive of Advanced engineering! Purchased my second vehicle from Sullivan Cadillac recently and had another excellent experience with the same team from years before, Bob and Enoch. Bob is professional as well as makes one feel comf recently and had another excellent experience with the same team from years before, Bob and Enoch. Bob is professional as well as makes one feel comfortable and HEARD. He is not pushy and I would recommend him to anyone. Enoch "seals the deal" per say and was able to get my payment where I wanted them as well as increased the warranty. GREAT TEAM More
Called the dealership 6 straight business days. The only call I received was the day after my appointment saying the parts I ordered were in and asking when I would be by to pick them up. They had no idea that the vehicle was there for service. I opened my trunk at Publix to find both battery covers were off and bouncing around. I have no idea how to get the interior cover on. Also, I waited an hour for my shuttle back to my house. I offered 3 times to Uber back only to be told to wait a few more minutes. I Ubered to get it. More
If I could if no stars I would so I’m only giving it to one star but really it doesn’t even deserve that. The service department is nothing but a rip off. The hourly wage rate is $240 an hour. I had a thermostat installed in the car and they told me it’s a five hour job at $240. You do the math. It took them less than three hours to do the thermostat and they charge me $1054 for labor they didn’t even wear a gun or a mask. All the service manager kept telling me was unfortunately that’s the price unfortunately that’s the price. All they do is look in a book and say hey labor time two hours, three hours, four hours, etc. and they charge you accordingly at $240 an hour. I have two Cadillacs I was gonna give one to my granddaughter and buy myself a brand new one. Unfortunately now they can stick it. I’m not buying another car from them and will never take my car there for service. More
