In all my years of buying, owning or having many vehicles serviced, I have never had the quality of care or service as I have had with Sullivan Cadillac. From the moment we first stepped in the door w serviced, I have never had the quality of care or service as I have had with Sullivan Cadillac. From the moment we first stepped in the door we were met with respect and consideration for what we were looking for even though we weren't there to buy a Cadillac. Working through the buying and finishing up the final paperwork, they continued to be professionally patient. But, the real example of the quality of full service was shown after the sale. Any dealership can sell a car, but everyone employed by Sullivan, sell themselves. They not only do their individual jobs well, but they won't stop until you are beyond satisfied. They not only recognize your number but, they know you by your name. You are valued by each of them. Finally, I want to give a big shout out to Jennifer. Jaimie, Dennis and Helena and to everyone else who have blessed us in so may ways. We tell everyone about our Sullivan Cadillac experience.
