The customer service was good, I appreciated the video of the inspection and availability to take care of additional issues found at the time. Jake is always courteous, expertly thorough, and prompt in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the stee in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the steering wheel with many Armour wipes the next day. Brown and dirty residue on the steering wheel. Please note, I had just cleaned it with Armour wipes before this service visit. If no steering wheel cover, maybe just a change of gloves? Thank you, More

Overall quality has changed since the Morgan auto group took over. I recently had my vehicle in for oil change and a car detail. This is the second time I attempted to have the dealership detail my car, an took over. I recently had my vehicle in for oil change and a car detail. This is the second time I attempted to have the dealership detail my car, and once again a crappy job. Andy was very attentive and was more than willing to have the car taken back And detailed again, but I did not have the time since I’m going out of town. Also since you now charge a 3% convenience fee to use a credit card I will not be buying a new vehicle from you next year. Morgan Auto group is a big enough conglomerate that they should absorb that convenience fee, especially when money is so tight for so many people in this economy. It smacks of corporate greed, I will spend my money elsewhere….. More
