Terrible customer service by sales rep Trent Pilgrim. The used car was not put through an inspection before being put on the lot for sale. Kbb/nada/car max is $24,000-$27,000 for my trade and this dealer tried to offer $21,000. I tried to work numbers and be reasonable but they where not at all gonna move up from there crazy low ball offer of $ dealer tried to offer $21,000. I tried to work numbers and be reasonable but they where not at all gonna move up from there crazy low ball offer of $21,000, keep in mind I have literally no damage on my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer unless you want to get screwed. They will not offer a good price and do not want to price fair. Worst dealer in this area. More
