Excellent experience from initial contact to purchase Sales staff (Karl and Andrew) were extremely easy to deal with and no high pressure sales tactics were used which we did encounter at other dealership Sales staff (Karl and Andrew) were extremely easy to deal with and no high pressure sales tactics were used which we did encounter at other dealerships. First visit was to just kick some tires to see what was available compared to other brands. We arrived at closing time but Karl stayed with us for quite a while to answer questions, show us around and explain the brand a bit. Second visit was to take a test drive of a vehicle we liked and this was a true test drive, not just a drive around the block. Third visit was to purchase the vehicle. During each visit all of the staff were very friendly and even when we went into finance with Rene there was no pressure whatsoever and everything was explained clearly and all the questions we had were answered. Overall, this was a far better experience than we expected based upon past and recent interactions with other dealers. More

Used Outback - first time to Subaru of Melbourne I had a little trepidation taking my newly purchased 2008 Outback to Subaru of Melbourne for service. I have had no dealings with them before this. I had a little trepidation taking my newly purchased 2008 Outback to Subaru of Melbourne for service. I have had no dealings with them before this. I was experiencing transmission shifting issues and I feared the worst. I was instantly relieved from the moment I arrived. Every person I met, dealt with me openly and honestly and with the upmost respect. The experience left me with the feeling that the folks at Subaru of Melbourne Service Department wanted the best for me and my car. I couldn't recommend them any higher. More
Zero integrity I think a place like this can come across as honest and trustworthy if you’re buying a brand new car and the car has no issues. But if you’re buying a I think a place like this can come across as honest and trustworthy if you’re buying a brand new car and the car has no issues. But if you’re buying a used car from them, this is the true test of their integrity and they failed miserably. My husband and I purchased a used Honda Pilot here with Joe at the end of August. The rear hatch/lift gate light was on and wasn’t working. Joe casually said they had just disconnected it for some reason and made it seem like it was no big deal. Bad on us for not making him “reconnect” it right away. But when you’re an honest and trustworthy person yourself, you often think others will be the same way. Instead of reconnecting it while we were signing papers, they did nothing. Only for us to get in the car to leave and see the light still on. And then to be told it was actually broken. They instructed us to take it to a Honda dealer and contact them and they’d “see what they can do.” We we’re stuck at that point and that was exactly what they wanted to happen. We did take it to a Honda dealer and paid $150 to find out the motor was broken and it was going to be a $1k fix. Not to mention the rotors were warped and the rear shock was leaking. It took an entire week for Joe to respond to us regarding what they would do. And of course their answer ultimately was that we bought it “as is” and it was our responsibility to fix it. Which is true, we did buy it as-is, but we purchased it based on an assumption that the lift gate wasn’t broken. I wouldn’t go back to this place if they were giving away free cars. We’re stuck now with a car that has major issues and every bit of the cost is on us, but at the end of the day, at least I can live with myself and know that my character and integrity mean more to me than making a buck. Shame on you, Joe. I hope the few hundred bucks you made are worth being deceitful and dishonest. As my grandmother always says “you can’t do wrong and get by.” One day you’ll regret living up to the stereotypical car salesman behavior. People > money More

We have only had the car for 3 hours before it being towed back to them for a new water pump, then a week after that it was back at the dealer ship for the alternator breeding to be REPLACED and for the whole front end of the vehicle shacking so bad that we couldn't even drive it on the highway, unless we wanted to drive it at 45 mph. They told us that the tires and rims where to big for the car, we took it to 4 different places to have them balanced and all 4 places said that the tires are not to big for the car. Tires plus, Cruisin gold, discount tires and our personal mechanic. We took car back today 08/29/2019 because the alternator is going on it again (9 days after they "Replaced" it) We got all new rims and tires on the car 17' because the old rims and tires were 20' and our personal mechanic took all tire off the rims and found that ALL 4 rims were bent. Because of the alternator going bad again we took it back to dealer ship, the service guy told my husband that everything was fine with alternator and the reason for the shaking still is because yhe rims and tires dont fit the car. My husband contracted discount tires and asked them about the rims and tires. They said that if the rims and tires didn't fit then they would have not put the new ones on. So we are now going to trade car in and get another vehicle from another dealership. Don't TRUST A WORD ANYONE AT SUBARU OF MELBOURNE SAYS AND DONT TRUST WILLIAM THE SALES GUY AND MARC THE SALES MANAGER THEY BOTH NEW THAT THE CAR WAS NOT HIGH WAY SAFE. More
Do not buy a car here! The car I originally came to see and test drive was dirty, stained and looked like a used car and it was new!!! The guy who gave me the price of the c The car I originally came to see and test drive was dirty, stained and looked like a used car and it was new!!! The guy who gave me the price of the car I really wanted was rude and immovable. His name was Mark. Actually, he was beyond rude! Alex was there but made no effort to help solve the situation. I would have bought my new Subaru Impreza from them but they made absolutely no effort to sell me a car!!! Worst dealership I have been to in my life!!! The only reason I gave customer service and friendliness four and two stars respectively was because of the guy who talked to me and sat with me in the test drive. I felt sorry for him and told him to go get a job elsewhere. Even he was ashamed of this dealership! I sure will never come here for service either!!! More

He said there was no other 2018 stick shift crosstrek in the state. Only South Carolina had a vehicle similar to theirs, but take his word for it, his offer was much better. I sent him screen shots of a better model stick shift Subaru in Orlando and told him I don't like being lied to. His response was sad face and crying emojis saying he isn't paid on an hourly basis and that's why he didn't know that a dealership 51 miles away has stick shifts available. It's not my job to feel bad that he's not paid on an hourly basis. More
