This is the second vehicle I have purchase from Subaru of Daytona, in both instances buying Subaru's, the first a Forester, this time an Outback. I went to Subaru of Daytona with little expectations after visiting most of the Subaru dealerships from Jacksonville to Orlando. Dan McMahon made me a fair deal. ****WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER**** Dropped my 2022 Outback with 6k miles in for service and air conditioning not cooling when stopped at red light. Temperature goes up to 80 degrees, plus. They called said it was done and ready to be picked up a/c worked fine going home. My wife took it to work the next day. Every time she stopped the a/c would blow hot. Called the service department and told them the a/c was still blowing hot when stopped. Said I could drop it off and leave it. They don’t have loaner or rental cars. They said they could take us home. Told them that we needed to work and we needed a car. Called and talked to the service manager, said to bring it in on Saturday and they would check it again. They said it was over charged with Freon. Said they put the right amount of Freon in. Left the dealership and on the way home, stopped at a red light and it stopped working and was blowing hot. Called them back and was told they would get with the service manager on Monday and call me back to bring it back a 3rd time. It has been 2 weeks and no returned call. I called the service dept and was on hold for 27 minutes. Talked to the front and I agreed to leave a message. Still no return call. Because the service department cannot fix the a/c and will not return calls we traded the new 2022 Subaru for a GMC. I have worked for car and truck dealerships for over 35 years as a technician and service manager. This type of service is not acceptable!! ****WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER **** More

I took my outback in fir leaking engine. Had steering wheel rack replaced, engine sealed and few minor things. Cost over 4k ! They refused to refund, I paid for a faulty used part! This dealership is not honest ...beware! More
