Recently had my Outback Wilderness in for its major 60k service interval. Sean (Service Advisor) met me at my car when I arrived for my appointment, explained the services to be performed and informed me approximately how long it would take to complete. I decided to wait at the dealership. Sean kept me informed along the way with the progress of service. Mike (Master Tech) worked on my car as he had done in the past.
