dealer does not honor their word on deal visited dealership and looked at camaro convertible. Salesperson Joan was working deal when she asked what would I give. I explained that I would give visited dealership and looked at camaro convertible. Salesperson Joan was working deal when she asked what would I give. I explained that I would give 3000 total and pay taxes in my state' She went to manager Joe and came out the door and stated to me and my wife to come in write up the deal. My wife had reservations so I told Joan that I liked the deal but give me some time to think about it. I went back 2 days later ready to pay for the car and have it shipped back to my state. Joan and Joe said they could not sell the car to me at that price because they had not checked on what they had in it. They made a price but would not honor what they had quoted to me and my wife. When a dealer does not honor their word , they cannot be trusted. More

Frankie and Joan's BMW I stopped at the dealership, used car division where I met Joan. The car that cauaght my eye was the BMW.. The test ride may have Joan a little jazzed, I dont break on curves while driving a Beamer. Bottom line was workable, Joe was awesome, the money man, Peter, was a lot of fun. I bought the car. The promises were met, and picked up my car looking very beautifully detailed. Joan was fun to work with, very knowledgable about her inventory. Our "loaner car " was way to much fun and a good experience for , hopefully, all of us involved. Thanks to Joan and Joe. Definitely will tell people about the positive experience. Frankie De. More

Excellent Service We were recently traveling from NC to Cocoa Beach, FL when the dreaded Check Engine, etc displayed on the instrument panel just North of Daytona. The service staff handled our problem with a 2012 Outback quickly, expertly and courteously. I can not say anything negative about our experience with this service department. Kudos!! More
No pushy pushy.. If you've EVER bought a car at a dealership of some kind, you would tend to know how "pushy" that salesman or sales manager is about buying their car. I knew I wanted to buy a wrx but it wasn't on the top of my list. After driving it, it went to the top, but i still wanted to sleep on it over night due to my visits to nissan, ford, mazda, and VW. I was impressed, but not sold on it just yet. I spend about 15 more minutes with my salesperson and explained what makes a subaru a subaru. After sitting at his desk and telling him, "I'm not purchasing today" he said "okay, cool. Not a problem" His demeanor did not change.. I was shocked he didn't just kick me out! I came back with my buddy to help me negotiate and see if i can get the lowest possible. (He didn't help at all) As I proceeded to walk into the dealership, my salesperson came outside and greeted me with comforting hand shake and 2 bottles of water (it was 98 degrees). Sat down at his office and before i could say anything he said" Thank you for coming back to see me, what were you trying to get accomplished today?" I then took a deep breath and looked at him confused but then told him i want the lowest price and i will drive home with it today. "Okay" he says. He then came back with the dealerships lowest price and said, "If this price is too high, there's nothing i can do for you." I called his bluff and got up and he shook my hand and said bye... As we shook hands, i knew he was serious, that the price he came out was the lowest because he wouldnt of let me get up. Then i said" thank you for being honest, i will take the car." Sales manager didnt even come to close me!! I understand, dealerships have to make money, but this is 2014 and there is the internet and being honest and straight forward will win. More
Relaxed buying experience!!! I want to make this short and sweet. Subaru of daytona staff was by far the most understanding and easiest dealership i have ever bought a car from. I told them where i needed/wanted to be and asked them if they could do it. If not, i would completely understand. I met Bruce out in the parking lot and he was a very nice and personable young man who knows alot about cars. We found the car i wanted by not forcing things on me and took a test drive, then went to his office and i told him straight to him where i needed to be. He came back telling me that he appreciated me being upfront and giving him a reasonable offer for the new car and asking a reasonable offer for mine. With just like that, he said " you're a owner of a brand new subaru!" The whole process in his office took, 10 mins! My husband and I are both very happy with the manager and Bruce! GREAT JOB!!! More
