The service team at Mastro Subaru did a great job in diagnosing my problem and fixing it. They also had immediate availability of appointments which I needed as it was a check engine light and traction diagnosing my problem and fixing it. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the lack of an air conditioned accomdation for a person who could not wear a mask due to medical condition and I ended up sitting in an outside area which was shaded while I waited. We were referred here by someone who recommended Mike Brisson as our salesman. By far the absolute best buying experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. Mike is a very friendly, passionate a Brisson as our salesman. By far the absolute best buying experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. Mike is a very friendly, passionate and knowledgeable person. His frisndliness and knowledge about the vehicles makes the experience much more personable than someone just trying to get you to take out your wallet. And when the sale was done, mike even took the time to help my wife pair her phone and get adapted to other systems in the car. Where another sales person may just be like "bye, see ya!" And on to the next person to claim more commission from. Not mike, even after all the papers were signed he wanted to be sure we were happy and completely comfortable with everything BEFORE we left the lot. Definitely someone who truly cares about your comfort, experience and that you leave 100% satisfied before leaving. Our financial guide was Julio Ayala. He is very open and friendly, also O.C.D (his words not mine lol), everything had its place and purpose. And let me tell you, if there is ever a time you wish someone was O.C.D with something its when your going over the financials of buying a new car. My wife and I co-purchased and when we were signing documents he would highlight in pink where she would sign and in blue where i would sign. This simple gesture shows just how much thought he puts into his work, that he's not just a robot behind a desk pushing documents and saying "sign here here here and here...." he is passionate about what he does, cares deeply that everything is correct, and going above and beyond, trying to make it the easiest and smoothest experience you've had. If i could give this dealership and duo a 10 out of 5 i would. By far the best experience we've ever had buying a car and when the time comes to buy a new car again we will be going back to Mastro Subaru and requesting these two excellent men. Mike - make sure you record your fireworks on the rear camera this 4th of july!
