I had been in contact with about 5 different dealers before I came across the perfect used car for our needs, at mastro. Literally every dealer I spoke to before them, were rude and impersonal every step of the way. I actually got used to being treated like a number. Then I called Mastro. From the start, literally every single person I spoke to was nothing but professional and friendly. Especially Julio! Once I found out he was a fellow New Yorker, I knew I Would be taken care of and not pushed into anything I didn’t want to do. My salesman, Mike, was also very helpful and informative when I had a question, or 5. All in all, this entire staff actually loves what they do and the people they meet along the way.
