I first met him when I started my oil consumption test last year. I was originally going to my Subaru Pacific where I bought my car for service. He was very helpful and passionate about his job. During the oil consumption test period, Ruben was my go-to service advisor. He explained everything clearly especially the process of what would happen during this oil consumption test period. I had my engine recently replaced and he coordinated the rental with ease and I had my car back within a week. I'll definitely be going back to Subaru Santa Monica for future car maintenance (and will ask for Ruben!) and future Subaru purchases. More

My dealing with your wonderful people. I was there Saturday, and while several people helped me, and as always, they are all very dedicated to making the customer happy, and to feel good up I was there Saturday, and while several people helped me, and as always, they are all very dedicated to making the customer happy, and to feel good upon leaving the premises that they truly cared about you. The person with whom I mostly dealt was a gentleman named Mr. Dwight Riley. He went overboard to make sure I was happy. Every question I had, he answered to my satisfaction, and went around with me to make sure everything was done correctly as I got in my car to leave. You are very lucky to have an employee who is totally dedicated, and does not see his position as a JOB, but as a CAREER, where he will always represent your company with the utmost pride in making his ultimate goal to represent the company where a customer will leave feeling good, and that they have been treated like a king, and queen. You should clone Mr. Dwight Riley. I am grateful for all he did for me, over, and above the call of duty. I left knowing that I would recommend your organization to all my friends. I have two friends who have bought Subarus, because of my praises, not only to your dedications to the customer, but SUBARU, in my opinion, and of many, sells itself. My son bought one also in July. It is his baby, and treats it as such. I must add that both buying my car in the summer, and then my son's car, it was Sean Kent who, also, so dedicatedly, was wonderful to both of us. Oh, thank you for washing my car. I have a gorgeous white Subaru Outback, and my son bought the blue Crosstrek. Beautiful cars. Did you hear what "The Motorman" (syndicated radio program) said about The Subaru? He said you can put on a lift a Subaru, and any other car, look at how it is made, and that the Subaru is made like a Sherman Tank, and that it is the best car on the road. WRK STI shopping I arrived and saw a White WRK STI parked out front, This was a good sign, you see I was looking to purchase this very model. I went into the showroom I arrived and saw a White WRK STI parked out front, This was a good sign, you see I was looking to purchase this very model. I went into the showroom and met Seth Chadwick who owned the White WRK STI. We spoke about the car and he popped the hood to show me the modifications done to the car, Seth was extremely knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with. I wound up purchasing a WRK STI that day. I had been too other dealers inquiring and performing test drives however nothing compared to the experience at Subaru Santa Monica. Seth, you the man!!!!!
