I traded in my 2014 Crosstrek Elin Buskhe helped me not only find a new Crosstrek, but got me a better deal than I had even expected to walk out with. I traded in my 2014 Crosstrek for a 2016, and ended up paying less monthly than I had been on my older car for a better model. The service representative Mr. Reyes was excellent. No complaints about him but the overall experience when coming in to service a vehicle could be improved by: 1) Dealer providing loaner vehicles instead of having to go somewhere else to rent a vehicle 2) Having a separate reception/ waiting area for customers who are coming into the service department and not conducting business inside the same area where vehicles are being serviced 3) Subaru roadside assistance needs to improve BIG TIME:the waiting time for a Tow (I waited almost 3 hours for the tow truck) More

I ended up at Subaru after a month of frustrations with other brands. All cars nowadays seem built for munchkins, and I would either hit my head on the roof of most cars, or something else would not feel right. If you are the type who suffers in an airplane seat, that's what I feel like in almost all cars these days. I was surprised to find that all Subaru models are quite roomy. The people at Subaru have been really terrific, and that says a lot because I am almost certain that I make a car salesman feel like most of us feel about them! Jeremie Hobley has been incredibly patient and supportive, as were the general manager and everyone else I was in contact with. I went back and forth to the dealership four times over two weeks to decide on the car. It was a pleasure dealing with them. More

When we arrived we meet Alex and he quickly took us on a great test drive. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He made it clear he did not work on commissions, so there was never any pressure to buy. Getting to the final price as easy. We walked out with our new car in a matter of hours. I bought and still own my 2007 Outback, which I am keeping for my sons and still runs fantastically and I just purchased a 2016 3.6 (so fast) Outback. Everything about my experience was terrific - particularly Vance, my laidback, no pressure-just-want-to-sell-you-a-car-you're-happy-with sales guy, who worked around my crazy schedule, patiently answered my questions, allowed me to take my time (it took two weeks because of my schedule) and treated me with respect (something that doesn't always happen for women buying cars). Vance was the highlight of the experience. If you want a Subaru, ask for Vance at Subaru of Santa Monica. More
