Subaru gave us an amazing deal on the outback we wanted, and we were literally in and out of Pacific Subaru with Mike in one hour! We would recommend this dealership to anyone! They will really work with you to get you what you want within your budget and they are super cognizant of your time. More

Unfortunately it needed a computer to reset the mechanism and I ended up having to pay for one hour's labor. However, his thoughtfulness and help was much appreciated. He also helped me replace the wiper blades himself just to eliminate further labor cost. Overall excellent customer service and personal attention. The new location's customer lounge is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended. More

Poor customer service, unreliable vehicle. My car recently broke down. It took a week for this dealership to diagnose the issue and throughout the week I had to call them every day for an updat My car recently broke down. It took a week for this dealership to diagnose the issue and throughout the week I had to call them every day for an update. Three weeks later, they still have my car, and no courtesy car was offered. During the entire time, I had to keep chasing them for updates: if I didn't call, they would not call me back. I enquired about trading in my car and buying a new one through Subaru, I am still waiting for a Sales person to call me back 2 weeks later... I will also never buy a Subaru again, I only had the car for 4 years and put 30,000 miles on it, now they are telling me that the repairs will cost more than $5,000. I have already spent a ton of money on this car - clearly not good quality or reliable. So finally, they told me the car will be fixed today.. Still no call from them at 5:00pm, so guess it's not! More

Our experience when we arrived at the dealership was an awesome continuation. Steve Majik greeted us and got us seated waiting for salesman Thomas Kruger. Thomas showed us our chosen car in great detail and explained the features. We went on a short test drive. His passion for the car and the model was extraordinary and his knowledge was very high. We felt comfortable asking all our questions and we also talked to Steve Majik in detail about the terms of our lease which we hope to turn into a buy at the end of the term. Even the paperwork was painless as the super professionalism of Steve Morgan made the procedure go smoothly and quickly. More

We worried that we would be bothered by emails and calls from the dealer after talking with them.We weren't quite ready to buy. We tried a couple of other dealers and were bombarded with emails and calls after asking a few questions. We spoke with Jim Nielsen one time. He waited until we called him back and said we would like to test drive a Legacy. We met with Jim. He was very knowledgable and patient. We tried many different models once there and ended up with an Outback. We wanted certain features and color so we had to wait a bit for the car to come in. Jim kept us up to date with what was going on with the car and when it would possibly arrive. We are not only enjoying our new car but feel as if we have made friends at Subaru along the way. We would highly recommend Subaru Pacific to any family member or friend. More

My service advisor did the best he could to see me through the experience. I praise the good work you guys do.
