Everyone was very courteous however since my car was towed in it was lost in the back till I called and the service manager went outback & located it. The battery needed replacement and unfortunately it towed in it was lost in the back till I called and the service manager went outback & located it. I explained that I wouldn’t have a ride there and they ordered me a Lyft. Having done this made my problem so much easier to deal with. We purchased a 2019 Fotester in Sept 2020. On June 2 2020 I took the car to Subaru Palm Springs to address a recall notice and was told the tires and brakes needed to be replaced. I had it done then an 2020 I took the car to Subaru Palm Springs to address a recall notice and was told the tires and brakes needed to be replaced. I had it done then and there because I was told one of he tires was down to the wire and it could be dangerous to drive. When I called Ontario I was told that because I didn't take it back to Ontario they said there was nothing they could do. It would seem to me they sold a car that should have had good tires and brakes. More
