We purchased a 2019 Fotester in Sept 2020. On June 2 2020 I took the car to Subaru Palm Springs to address a recall notice and was told the tires and brakes needed to be replaced. I had it done then an 2020 I took the car to Subaru Palm Springs to address a recall notice and was told the tires and brakes needed to be replaced. I had it done then and there because I was told one of he tires was down to the wire and it could be dangerous to drive. When I called Ontario I was told that because I didn't take it back to Ontario they said there was nothing they could do. It would seem to me they sold a car that should have had good tires and brakes. More

Worst and most irresponsible customer service! If Subaru of Ontario damages your car through incompetence, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. If they over-torque your wheels after rot of Ontario damages your car through incompetence, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. If they over-torque your wheels after rotating the tires to the point that studs are broken and lug nuts stripped expect them to blame you for discovering the damage. If you are stranded with broken or stripped studs don't expect the dealer to reimburse you for the damage. I will never go there again. More

I am disappointed with this dealer. My mom went in to find a car and the car that was being “held” was sold. The salesman did not call her and tell her that it had been sold, did not leave a message, but find a car and the car that was being “held” was sold. When my mom got there she found herself about to sign a contract for a vehicle that was out of her budget. She walked out, thank Goodness . All we expected was a common curtesy of honesty. The salesman told my mom to “stop looking” for another car and that he would put the car aside for her, so she stopped looking.. She trusted them. Originally we went in, clearly stating that she was paying cash and did not want & could not afford a payment.. I’m glad she walked away with out a payment she would regret later. More
