I spent three months emailing Vince Sperling there. I can't say enough about his knowledge of all things Subaru, and his patient, clear, and timely help. He made genuinely useful suggestions that didn't have an agenda behind them. Everything he said was accurate and truthful, and I was never pressured, hassled or talked-down-to. I ended up ordering and waiting for a Forester with the features I wanted at the price I wanted. I met Vince for the first time when I picked it up. There were no last-minute unpleasant surprises. I couldn't be happier with my new Forester and with Vince's help! More
