Calmest, most satisfying car shopping I've ever experienced! I drove 2 hours (each way) to buy my car at Subaru of Ontario after trying several of the dealers near San Diego. I spent three months emailing Vince Sperling there. I can't say enough about his knowledge of all things Subaru, and his patient, clear, and timely help. He made genuinely useful suggestions that didn't have an agenda behind them. Everything he said was accurate and truthful, and I was never pressured, hassled or talked-down-to. I ended up ordering and waiting for a Forester with the features I wanted at the price I wanted. I met Vince for the first time when I picked it up. There were no last-minute unpleasant surprises. I couldn't be happier with my new Forester and with Vince's help! More
Great team I love my service center! I make my service appointments with my Subi app and schedule it early. When I arrive my advisor greets me promptly after con I love my service center! I then use the wifi in the wait room to do my work after having made myself an espresso and when I bring my kids, they LOVE the fresh popcorn. I've seen the change in service in the past year be faster and efficient. Keep doing what you're doing guys!! More

Service review I brought my Subaru Forester in for routine maintenance. My service rep. was Brandon Parker and I hope he always will be! Friendly and informative, he I brought my Subaru Forester in for routine maintenance. My service rep. was Brandon Parker and I hope he always will be! Friendly and informative, he had my car done in a little over an hour while I waited. Coffee while I waited. He explained everything and walked me to the checkout desk. This was my third visit and things have only gotten better. More

Worst Dealer Ever I bought a used 07 Yukon from them. 2 weeks into owning it I had to pay $1600 to another dealer to fix the an oil pan gasket leak and a leak from the I bought a used 07 Yukon from them. 2 weeks into owning it I had to pay $1600 to another dealer to fix the an oil pan gasket leak and a leak from the intake manifold. Plus a new battery. The other dealer said this should have been caught on the "inspection" they said they did. When contacted, they said it wasn't their problem since I didn't bring the vehicle to them. Why would I do that when they didn't even catch an oil leak and they're not a GMC dealer. On top of that, it's been two months and I still don't have any DMV paper work. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More

Worst service experienced I'm going to start off by letting everyone know, not to bring their subaru here for service. I have lost any and all patience I've had with them. My I'm going to start off by letting everyone know, not to bring their subaru here for service. I have lost any and all patience I've had with them. My car has now been sitting in the back lot for 2 months (today) rotting away in the weather. I brought my vehicle in for a broken pitch stop mount (similar to a motor mount) as well as a possible blown turbo. After fighting with the service manager for two weeks I finally got a rental car. I was told by the service manager I would be notified within a few days what the diagnostic is. About 6 weeks after dropping my vehicle off at the dealership I called subaru of America to find out what the issue is with my car. They stated they would get to me two days later. They did so and stated the motor was just pulled out of my car and they had finally started to work on my car. It's now been 8 weeks and Ontario has yet to contact me with any information since I dropped off my vehicle, and subaru of America has yet to respond to my recent calls/emails. Long story short, my car has been at the dealership for 8 weeks and it has barely just started getting worked on. Not only that, but my vehicle is always kept in my garage out of the weather and regularly washed, my vehicle just had just been freshly painted when I had to take it in for warranty work. To see my freshly painted car rotting away out in the open covered in dirt/dust is absolutely unacceptable. Ps. This is not the first time I've had issues with subaru of ontario's service department. More
