can't perform a proper, simple oil change. This was my first scheduled service on my 2017 Subaru Forester XT. It called for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Not all of the old oi This was my first scheduled service on my 2017 Subaru Forester XT. It called for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Not all of the old oil was properly drained and now the crankcase is 1 quart overfilled. The oil is dirty. I brought the car back to the service center the following week and nothing has changed...except to tell me that I checked the oil on uneven terrain. I DID NOT! This was something that should have been done properly the first time, and I did not need the "lip service" when I brought the car back. I've been changing the oil in my cars for more than 50 years! I know how to check oil levels and how to perform the task correctly, and this was NOT THE CASE! More
