Their fix -I must now ensure my vehicle is locked at all times while not in use to cease all power to vehicle. This means even in the garage. This means even when I was in a minor fender-bender on a dark Road and the police asked me to turn my car off ....once I did - I no longer had headlights. Not a safe situation. Unhappy with Subaru resolution. More

didn't do everything that I had asked I dropped my subaru off at 7am for an oil change, a recall to be done and for a noise at the front end when the wheels are turned.They called me somet I dropped my subaru off at 7am for an oil change, a recall to be done and for a noise at the front end when the wheels are turned.They called me sometime between5-6 pm to come and pick up the car. When I went to check out with the cashier I read over the invoice I noticed that my oil change was not on the paperwork and was told that the recall part for my car was on back order and that subaru has been waiting for this part for awhile. So, why did the oil not get changed, because apparently they were not told when I called back to tell them to go ahead and do the oil change. A woman that I spoke to on the phone was working in the service area that day and I was told that she would relay the message to the appropriate person. The service advisor, Matthew Baker said he never got the message. A total waste of time to leave my car down there all day. I was very unhappy!!! More

Room for improvement So i use the dealership regularly. Hit and miss on completing the overall job. They had to replace the radio because of XM not working but really didn’t give me the reason it was broke they decided a new radio was needed. Good thing for the warranty. More
