Oil change The customer service was great. The waiting time wasn’t too long. They were nice enough to was my car. The issue I had was when I went out to my car t The customer service was great. The issue I had was when I went out to my car to leave I heard a rattling sound which I’d never heard and I assumed it was probably normal and figured I neve heard it cuz of my radio. Then I saw the oil ligh on which didn’t seem right to me. Called the service writer over. She thought it was odd. Told the mechanic. Mechanic came over turned on the engine then turned it off and went and got a container with oil I assume. Got it taken care of and got home and told my husband and he was livid. Called the dealer and laid in on them. Won’t be returning there since we moved but would be hesitant if we had stayed there. More

Fantastic Costumer Service Dropped my car off for routine maintenance. They took my key and off they went. I didn’t even have to go into the office. WOW! What great service! 6000 service Had 6000 service done on our 2017 Outback yesterday morning. Simple oil change. The quality of service was good and the service manager was very nice and helpful. However, we had a 10:00 appointment and our car wasn't serviced until 11:30. This was a little frustrating being that we had just come from the high desert to have our car serviced, and I had specifically requested an appointment time so we wouldn't have to wait too long. More
