Subie #4 2019 Crosstrek Limited This is the 4th Subie my family has purchased from Amber. My wife and I have a 2016 Outback and we just purchased a 2019 Crosstrek. My son leased a 2 This is the 4th Subie my family has purchased from Amber. My wife and I have a 2016 Outback and we just purchased a 2019 Crosstrek. My son leased a 2015 Impreza, totaled that and leased a 2016 Impreza Sport. Amber is a great salesperson, I started looking into a Crosstrek PHEV and I bugged the crap out of her for 2 months because Subaru said they would be delivered in December. After some research I decided the extra cost wasn't worth it. My wife and I went in and tested a Impreza Sport and a Crosstrek Limited and we decided on the Crosstrek. I'm very happy with it as we are with our Outback, our interactions with Amber have been nothing but positive. I totally recommend Amber and Subaru of Ontario. More

Courteous employees but horrible service department My original buying experience was the best but when it comes to the service department... ugh! The service department communication at this dealershi My original buying experience was the best but when it comes to the service department... ugh! The service department communication at this dealership is the worst I've ever experienced between the service department and parts and then with me, the customer. Three times I've needed a part ordered while having my vehicle serviced for other issues and all three times I had to follow up on the status of the ordered part on my own only to find out that since nothing was done with it the part in a reasonable amount of time, it was sent back. It's gotten to the point that I dread having to have the dealer do anything because it ends up taking months before it's finally completed. I'm dealing with a part that was requested at the end of September. It's now early December and it's still not installed! And this isn't the only time I've dealt with this scenario. When they do finally install the item on the vehicle, they are courteous and apologetic but then it happens again. There was one time this dealership scheduled the installation of a part but didn't indicate it would take 2 days. When I got there without an alternative way to get home, they loaned me a car that was filthy and a bunch of trash in the back. I appreciated the loaner but really?!? I wish there were more Subaru dealerships around so I have other options. Very frustrating dealing with this particular dealership for service!!!! More

Excellent buying experience I had researched Subaru features and my wife and I wanted an Outback with the Eyesight system. The addition of the blind spot detection feature steer I had researched Subaru features and my wife and I wanted an Outback with the Eyesight system. The addition of the blind spot detection feature steered us to the 2019 models, since used 2018 models (which introduced this feature) were virtually nonexistant at the time. A real surprise was that our insurance was less than coverage for our former 2002 Toyota Highlander. Our insurer told us directly that the low cost was specifically because of the Eyesight system. Our only problem came when we brought the car back to add a couple of features, (e.g., wheel well cladding). The service department took much too long to do the work. We got a reasonable deal, enhanced with a $500 coupon from the Anaheim Auto Show. We love the car. It is the best we've ever owned. More
