The issue I had was when I went out to my car to leave I heard a rattling sound which I’d never heard and I assumed it was probably normal and figured I neve heard it cuz of my radio. Then I saw the oil ligh on which didn’t seem right to me. Called the service writer over. She thought it was odd. Told the mechanic. Mechanic came over turned on the engine then turned it off and went and got a container with oil I assume. Got it taken care of and got home and told my husband and he was livid. Called the dealer and laid in on them. Won’t be returning there since we moved but would be hesitant if we had stayed there. More

Fantastic Costumer Service Dropped my car off for routine maintenance. They took my key and off they went. I didn’t even have to go into the office. WOW! What great service!
