I liked this dealership UNTIL a month came and went and the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwor the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwork we paid them nearly $100 for. The dealer rep I spoke to told me there was a "problem" processing our paperwork, which caused a delay. So, we paid Concord Subaru $40K for a Forester and almost $100 to register and get tags for our car, and I find out they just today submitted that paperwork, so it will now be weeks before we get new tags. Be VERY cautious with this dealership...I definitely DON'T recommend them! More
They did an excellent job of troubleshooting a problem my car was having with the backup camera. They even took the time to explain how the system works. I spent five hours at Concord purchasing my Subaru. I had a check for the amount of car, but when I got there the sales manager price was more. I had to pay the difference. There was a lot of looking but not friendly smiles. I will not be going back to Concord Subaru for my next purchase. I had to wait thirty minutes for fuel to be put in Subaru.The sales people did not thank me for the purchase. Understand you will be charge a seven hundred dollar add on fee so beware. More

Very Happy Customer I went there to research a few of their Subaru models and Joey spent 2 hours with me including test driving the Legacy and Forester. I left that day deciding that I wasn't ready to purchase anything but loved that they didn't pressure me. I spent the rest of the weekend going back and forth deciding what I should do, so I called Joey on Monday and we were able to make a decision. I purchased a 2019 CPO Forester Touring and I'm so happy about the buying experience. I would recommend them to any in the market for a Subaru. More
