I was an "out of towner". The first thing was that I was recognized as soon as I walked in. Other dealerships have their heads down, doing paperwork or are on the phone. The least they could do would be to nod their head recognizing that I was there. The staff went out of their way to explain how they would do the work required, showed me the waiting area and asked if I had any other concerns. I had a problem entering my map updates (as most owners do). The service manager grabbed my thumb drive, put it in his computer to download and then put it in my car. He could have done what another dealership did and say that they couldn't help me, but THEY DID! They also explained the revised warranty work policy concerning mileage and age of the vehicle and I wasn't charged for the required maintenance that they performed. Another dealership did not do that. Maybe it's a 'Southern Thing" that they offer more help than I need but I LIKE IT! More

Thanks Jeremie, trust is earned.... And everything was done in the time they advised. Also, another review stated the lounge was "adequate", "not the best".... I guess it would be better if there was beer and sandwiches, Lol... but it`s fine!! Thank you. More
I was searching for a specific Subaru model in the Carolinas and found one soon-to-be in stock at Subaru Concord. After several telephone calls and emails between Mr. Broadway and me, we were able to drive the two hours to the dealership to pick up our car. There were a few minor stumbles: new software, refilling forms, forgot to initial important pages, but overall, the salespeople and staff at Concord were very nice, and pretty thorough. We are very pleased with the Outback and our time spent at Concord Subaru. More
I liked this dealership UNTIL a month came and went and the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwor the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwork we paid them nearly $100 for. The dealer rep I spoke to told me there was a "problem" processing our paperwork, which caused a delay. So, we paid Concord Subaru $40K for a Forester and almost $100 to register and get tags for our car, and I find out they just today submitted that paperwork, so it will now be weeks before we get new tags. Be VERY cautious with this dealership...I definitely DON'T recommend them! More
They did an excellent job of troubleshooting a problem my car was having with the backup camera. They even took the time to explain how the system works. I pass three Subaru dealerships JUST TO WORK WITH SUBARU CONCORD. Stay away from Tindol Subaru and Williams Subaru. Run, don’t walk to Subaru Concord! Today, I had parts delivered to my work because I couldn’t make it in until Tuesday. 10/10 experience overall! Joe in sales and Jeff in Parts? You’re fantastic. Thank you! More
