We've purchased a number of cars in our lifetime. This is by far the worst dealer we have ever experienced - rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, untrustworthy, etc. Trust me. Go to a different dealer. 11 months after buying my car they still have it registered in their name with a DMV lock. They will not return phone calls. I have been trying to work with them but they are horrible. I got excited registered in their name with a DMV lock. They will not return phone calls. I have been trying to work with them but they are horrible. I got excited once when I got a call from the dealer thinking the issue was fixed. Nope. Just wanted to sell me another vehicle. Save yourself the headache. Find a better dealership More
I have a friend who took his truck here to be repaired in February 2023. It is now July 2023 and they still have not completed the work. One thing after another, one lie after another, one promise after an February 2023. It is now July 2023 and they still have not completed the work. One thing after another, one lie after another, one promise after another. This is by far the worst company/dealership I have EVER heard of. I checked the online reviews to see if I am crazy and what do you know, I'm not. Yelp 2.4 stars with 900 reviews. Dealer Rate has 47 reviews with 1 star. If I could give -5 stars I would. Consumer beware, do not do business with this dealer/company, you will not be happy! More
Purchased a used Jeep as a Christmas present for my son, the next day found out heater didn’t work & it leaked water when it rained. Dropped the car off at the dealership, for over 3 weeks, drove it home, t the next day found out heater didn’t work & it leaked water when it rained. Dropped the car off at the dealership, for over 3 weeks, drove it home, took out the plastics sevice mats & there was still puddles of water on carpets. Took the Jeep back in 4 more times for the same water leak, the last time it was there for 5 weeks & my sales rep told me that they were going to replace the entire hardtop. Picked the Jeep back up again & washed it the following day & once again the floors were soaked. Went back to the dealership & was told by the sales manager Joe not to worry about the water leak because it wasn’t going to rain for the next 8 months just give it a sponge bath to clean it instead of actually washing it. Worst customer service from the sales and service managers. Filed a complaint with Jeep directly & they followed up with the dealership & was told they have exhausted all repairs options, & the only thing they could do now is replace the whole top, which they had already told me they were going to do, but it would cost $6k & that they would not pay for it. I put $10k cash down on the Jeep and when they offered to get me into a different car they offered me $24k for the faulty Jeep they sold me, almost $10k less than what I paid for it just a few months earlier & was at their service department more than my son had it, and they wanted to know how much I could put down on another car. Complete scammers, very rude and unprofessional. More
Purchased a used 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in July of 2022. 9 months later I had a tire that needed to be replaced and was told by the tire shop that I should have been given a specail wrench to take off 2022. 9 months later I had a tire that needed to be replaced and was told by the tire shop that I should have been given a specail wrench to take off the tire that had not been included with the vehicle. Thge tire shop said they can not remove the damaged tire without breaking the wheel. I called the dealership and it took 5 calls since they kept transferring me to a department that no one was in. I finally demanded to speak to the manager and he told me to have the tire place break the wheel. He said they cold not do anything until next week. I asked for his name and he said "None of your business!" This is what Chrysler calls a 5 Star dealership! I hate to see what anything less would be like. When I bought the van they told me they "detailed it" I found french fries under the seat and hair all over the back of the seat. Tha is their idea of detailing! I am dribving on a damaged tire until I can get the problem resolved! The manager thinks 9 months is 1 year! More
I bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited as a family car and took the maximum warranty available from the dealership itself. The van was bought from South County Chrysler in Gilroy California but family car and took the maximum warranty available from the dealership itself. The van was bought from South County Chrysler in Gilroy California but I usually go for service in Stoneridge Jeep Ram and Chrysler in Pleasanton California. There was an issue with the right sliding door that wont latch when opened, this made the door slam back when the van was parked in an incline. This made it extremely risky to use while kids were trying to get in/out of the van. I took the van to the dealership(Stoneridge Chrysler) on 6th January. The service advisor was extremely well mannered, polite and knew how to deal with customers. He spoke with me about the issue, explained me about a potential diagnostic fee, checked my extended warranty & mentioned that since I had the max warranty, most likely everything would be covered. While picking up the car, I was told that the issue was due to some software programming error, the software was reprogrammed and the issue was supposed to be fixed. He mentioned that all of that was covered in the warranty and he did not charge me anything, except for the regular servicing expenses. I checked the door when picking up the van and observed that the issue was still there, I already had an appointment on the 31st January for the PHEV recall so the advisor who helped me on the 6th told me that they can check the door again. I took the van back to the dealership on 31st at 9AM, this time it was a different advisor. I was expecting a call from the advisor that afternoon with updates, when I did not receive any calls from the dealership I tried calling them multiple times. There were no updates provided to me that day. The next day I was told in the afternoon that the recall was fixed but for the door, the latch needs to be replaced & to my surprise the advisor said the parts and labor were not covered under the warranty. I was confused about the change in the terms based on the advisor who was handling the case. Anyways since I did not have an option I agreed to the expenses, when I went to pick up my van the following day the door seemed to be latching. However when I took the van to pickup my kids from the school the door opened and then wont close(neither through any of the switchings nor manually). I had to arrange a drop off for my kids and then went back to the dealership with the door open whiling it was was raining heavily(Friday 3rd Feb). I wanted to meet the supervisor of the advisor or the manager but was told it was not possible. When I asked the service advisor if they checked the door before handing over the car, he rudely replied "You checked it yourself, first you bought a used car, we helped you and now you are complaining". I was extremely aggravated by this arrogance and mentioned that he should get his facts checked as I bought the van from a Chrysler Dealership and it was a brand new vehicle. Looking at his extremely rude behavior, I also said that maybe I should ask the lawyers to do the talking. There were some helpful technicians who stepped up and looked into the issue, apparently there were some cables which were not in their correct slots that caused the door to jam. When the door was fixed, the advisor came back and instead of an iota of apology he started accusing me that it may have been my fault and I could have done something after I took the car out from the dealership. I was really shocked to hear this and said that I am never coming back to this dealership, to which he repeated yes we dont want you to come back, go somewhere else. More
Short version: Bought a used Mustang, HVAC and multiple lights out. Said they would fix it. Entire time I have been blocked from talking to any decision makers, and have not got a single call with an updat lights out. Said they would fix it. Entire time I have been blocked from talking to any decision makers, and have not got a single call with an update except in response to my calls. Was told it was fixed, and only half of the punch list had been actioned, with a blinker still out and heat not working. Bought the car on 12/14. Turns out it had no A/C and the heat did not work on one side, plus a headlight, blinker and foglight out. Shame on me for not checking basic functions. Brought it back on 12/15, they said they would fix it. Dropped off 12/26 which was the soonest available appointment. Car sat for the 1/2-1/9 waiting for approval since the GM was out of office. Was told the car was ready on 1/13. Go to pick it up on 1/14, heater, blinker and fog light are still not operational. They still have the car, in fact they have had possession of the car more than twice as long as I have. Will update this as things develop. More
