I have been very satisfied with Stokes Honda. The only time that I was not satisfied was when I had to bring my car to the shop over 4 times to have my breaks looked at because of all the squeaking and th time that I was not satisfied was when I had to bring my car to the shop over 4 times to have my breaks looked at because of all the squeaking and they are still squeaking today and no seems to know why. I was happy on Saturday with my service but I was a little disappointed with the representative (Waylon Tolbert) because my left side mirror glass was cracked and I asked him to give me a quote on getting it fixed. He went to the parts department to find out the price of a replacement glass but then he gives me a number to a auto glass place to get it put in once the replacement part arrives. Well, when I get over to the parts department to order the part I was told that someone at Stokes honda would be able to put the replacement part in the car. Once my part arrived on Wednesday a technician came out and snapped the old mirror out and replaced the mirror in like 1 minute. Waylon needs some training and needs to know what Stokes Honda is able to do so that he doesn't send your customers away to other auto shops. I am also very upset that the leather on my center console armrest is tearing apart. I have never seen this happen before and I am really starting to get upset with Honda. Then I find out that I am not the only customer complaining about this and Honda is not doing anything about it and the rep tells me that Honda doesn't fix it and tells me to get to Grady's upholstery. This is very unsatisfactory and I hope that you do not just throw this in the delete box. More
My first car experience was awful,i bought a used car from a wholesaler, I've only driven in for the 3 months in the 2 years I've had it. We walked out on the lot and I spotted a 2009 Honda Fit Sport (I fell completely in love) it was a little out of my price range but Jerome said he'd make it work. Here's the first shady thing they did: I was told they would pay-off my $2,000 I had left to pay on my loan and give me the title back. I agreed and we started filling out paper work none of which I never received copies of, Jerome filled out a sold tag and congratulated me told me my other set of keys and my manual would be in soon, they would contact me when the bank approves the loan for the car and to give me the other things for the car. I was ECSTATIC. Two days later (monday) I go up to the dealership so they would put gas in the car for me because they failed to do that the night I drove it home. Paul (the finance guy) came out and told me he was still working with the banks on the loan and it will be finalized by that night or the next day. Later on that week (friday) I get a call from Paul telling me that the bank won't approve the loan, I'm $3,000 short, I either have to come up with the money or find something else. I had the car for a week and then they do this to me. Jerome called me today (tuesday) saying that he has a friend who has a friend Lendmark who can loan me the money for a down payment on the fit (not to pay off my first car like I was promised) so basically he wanted to put me in financial hardship just to make a sell. I did some research and they do what is called "Predatory Business Practices". Stokes is awful, they jerk people around without a care in the world. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them to ANYONE. Please save yourself a trip and find another dealership to go to ESPECIALLY if you're young like me, they'll screw you over. I promise you that. More
Courteous, thorough service provided. Listened to my concerns and did complete diagnosis of the problem. Then sought help from national Honda service center. Came back for follow up on specific problem concerns and did complete diagnosis of the problem. Then sought help from national Honda service center. Only wished I'd caught the replacement of the power steering pump earlier while under warranty. But service provided an extra discount to help compensate. More
I feel I could have got a better price for the vehicle. I am serving in the active duty military and was told that I would get a deal for the vehicle I was purchasing. I failed to do my research and found out the bottom line price that was given to me at a "special offer" was the same price listen MSRP on the website for anyone. The salesman was good, but as the customer I felt I was dupped. On the other hand, the salesman helped smooth over a couple necessary repairs that were need on the vehicle which was much appreciated. He took extra time to fix the issues for us. More

I arrived early on November 23, 2011(before your stated hours). Ray Dobbs was there, noticed me and immediately began the steps we needed to take to get my 120,000 mile service. He explained the options and since I told him I'd be waiting, he gave me a time estimate (which proved to be right on the money). Thanks to the Stokes speedy wireless internet connection,I was able to get a number of work related projects done while waiting for my car. Ray informed me promptly when the car was ready. I was charged exactly the amount that was estimated and even had a problem, that I mentioned to Ray, fixed without additional charges. Hurray for Stokes and Ray, they made me happy for Thanksgiving Day... More

I really had a great experience in the purchase of a pre-owned car. My last vehicle was purchased over thirteen years ago. Therefore you can understand my apprenhension and concerns in making decisions about purchasing another car. I must admit that the life of the battery was depleted, I had to purchase a new one. It was not directly your fault, but I do feel that the battery should have been a new one, the Honda Accord depended on it to function!!(smile). Called and talked with Chrissy @ 1230 PM 11/5/11 and asked if I could come in @ 1:30 PM for a headlamp replacement. Was given an appt. When I arrived I asked the service scheduler if I could also hav asked if I could come in @ 1:30 PM for a headlamp replacement. Was given an appt. When I arrived I asked the service scheduler if I could also have an oil change and the second transmission flushwhile I was there. These additional 2 items were scheduled and I was out in about 1 1/2hours. I appreciated the ability to have all three services completed that day and not have to come back another day. Thank You.
