Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The door was held open for me and I was greeted upon arriving. I was offered shuttle service. My child was even spoken to and offered a sucker by a gentleman who held open for me and I was greeted upon arriving. I was offered shuttle service. Overall experience was good but for 20K we expected our car to come with 2 keys. We ended up paying an extra $150 for the key which is pennies on the dollar when it comes to the 20K sales price. I have nothing bad to say about Stokes Honda. I am always happy with the personel and service that I receive. I feel like everyone goes out of their way to make me feel taken care of. Very helpful, very quick turn around, and gave me everything I asked for. Inside of dealership was comfortable and had a variety of drinks which impressed me. Most of the dealers had a hard time distinguishing features each car had, I was told the civic navi had a rearview camera, and it doesn't, and it doesn't seem the dealership can add one (even at extra cost). Other features explained to me (such as key lowering windows) were also not on my model. I understand it can be difficult to distinguish them, but I would have considered the Accord more strongly had I known all of the fact. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and worked to get exactly what I wanted and it was the first time I left satisfied buying a car. More
I bought a used car three months ago from Stokes Honda with no warranty. Although there was no warranty, when the transmission went out, they agreed to have the transmission rebuilt and I would only have with no warranty. Although there was no warranty, when the transmission went out, they agreed to have the transmission rebuilt and I would only have to pay what they paid an outside contractor. This saved me a great deal of money plus I got a full two-year warranty. At another shop, it would have cost me almost twice as much plus I would have received only a one-year warranty. More
We had to replace our Torque converter, due to excessive slipage in lockup. In addition to that the power steering pump was replaced. Due to weak performance at low speed and engine rpm. The only comment is that my drivers seat was in the forward most position when I got in my car after service, and I left it in the farthermost position. NOT a BIG deal, but you asked. I had a very bad experience at the other Honda dealer, Rick Hendrix on the Saturday before I purchased from Stokes. On Monday I started with the internet process to get a quote from Stokes. From the beginning to the end of the process I can say Stokes was very customer oriented and professional. Sonya Haines sent me a quote and talked with me by phone and answered all of my questions. Thor Christianson, my salesman was very thorough and friendly. In fact, everyone I came in contact with at Stokes was very friendly and professional. This was indeed my best new car purchase I have experienced. More
