I think this Dealership is Great because: We came in to look at a 2011 new Honda CR-V and was greeted by Prince, Happy smiling Prince. He showed us what we were considering, let us both take a test drive, look at a 2011 new Honda CR-V and was greeted by Prince, Happy smiling Prince. He showed us what we were considering, let us both take a test drive, we loved the car but wanted a different color and a navigation system, you didn't have it on your lot so he talked to Al and said they could find it for us. We then told him about our trade in, I was a little disappointed with the price, I went on YOUR site and it said we could get $7,000 but Prince said $4800.00 I said we would sell it out right and come back, he spoke to his manager and came back with $6500.00, close enough for us, we signed the deal and spoke then to the Financial man and took also the extended warranty. Prince said he would call when they found either of the 2 colors we wanted. He kept in touch with us daily, Needless to say my 1st and 2nd choice could not be located, so we agreed on our 3rd choice. Al worked so hard for us and we appreciated it very much. Within 10 days we received the call that it was located and would be delivered and we could pick it up. Prince also had the sunroof wind deflector installed for us, because we had to wait. What a sweet heart he is. We had the windows tinted and there are a few bubbles, so Prince said give it a few days if they don't disappear to come in. We have had 6 new cars and this dealership was the best experience because of Prince and Al. Thanks so much More

Very disappointed that I was offered less than Book value on my trade in. This put us in a situation where we either practically give you our car we were replacing or go through the hassle of selling oursel on my trade in.
