Gary and Scott were very helpful. I liked the way they worked as a team. I felt like they were straightforward with me. When I asked a question if they didn't know the answer they found it. I am most impressed with the friendliness of the dealership service department on my last visit. I was greeted before I even opened my door by a gentleman who asked the reason for my visit. When I went into the service area, although the representatives were busy, they acknowledged my presence and said that they would be with me shortly. I only went in for an oil change, which was quickly done. My car was returned to the overhang area so I would not have to go into the rain to recover my car. The service representative went over my bill and advised me about my future service needs. This was a much better visit with more personalized service. Apparently, the service department was swamped that day and my presence was never acknowledged. In fact, to get any attention, I had to stand in front of a desk and practically force myself on the service representative to get any attention. Great improvement, Stokes Honda! More
