I still have great confidence in the Stokes Honda service department, but in the case of my most recent visit I had to return to have a problem corrected that was the apparent result of inadequate workmanshi department, but in the case of my most recent visit I had to return to have a problem corrected that was the apparent result of inadequate workmanship on a previous visit just two weeks before. On that visit new belts were installed, but were apparently improperly tensioned and had begun to slip. The problem was easily corrected, but I should not have had to experience the inconvenience of coming back to have it resolved. However, I view it as a small problem against a background of a lot of good and reliable service. More

Went to Stokes Kia in Goose Creek They let me test drive whatever I wanted. I found a Honda Civic I really liked. We agreed on a price they got the financing I wanted and everything. First time in with our new van for 5,000 mile service. Came with a baby and 4 year old and was treated very well. We'd purchased a care package for the oil change with van purchase. It took a little longer than expected but that was okay because we felt we knew what was going on. The only suggestion I have is in regards to the children's area. The few toys that are there are dirty and old. Could you purchase some new ones or try to clean up what is there? Wouldn't take someone long and is a concern when you've got little ones to keep healthy and happy, which when that happens Mama is happy and will come back! More

I brought my car in for general service. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, etc. During the service it was noted that my battery didn't pass inspection. I have had know previous problems with the tire rotation, fluid check, etc. During the service it was noted that my battery didn't pass inspection. I have had know previous problems with the battery, but it was replaced free of charge based on the reccomendation of the service provider. This issuse could have been swept aside, but your folks did the right thing. Thank you!!! I'd also like you to know that when I bought my car from Stokes, I had originally gone to Hendrick. I called to clarify that they had the exact car that I wanted. When I got to Hendrick the sales person said that (they) made a mistake, and that the exact car wasn't available. He then tried to get me to look at a used Honda with my exact specifications. I reported Hendrick to the BBB, and wont ever use one of their dealerships again. As aside note, Stokes didn't have the exact car either, (color difference,)but your folks were honest, and nice. More
