This was my first visit to Stokes Honda. I brought my van in for a routine oil change, and I didn't know what to expect as far as wait times or availablity. The service personnel were outstanding and the work was completed in a timely manner. I actually had two separate trips - one for my 2011 Honda Pilot and one for my 2009 Honda Accord. I had a 10% discount for the Pilot trip and forgot to bring it with me. When I returned with my Accord, the 10% refund was completed with a smile. My Accord was approaching maintenance and the key was not functioning each and every time. The key was checked out and maintenance recommended new tires as mine had over 71,000 miles on them; therefore, my ride has new tire and is running very well. Upon leaving, I noted the 100% oil life was not showing; therefore, I called the service department and they talked me through changing it to 100% as I was heading to a meeting and did not have time to return to the dealerhip. Also, Ric, our Pilot salesman happened to see me sitting in the waiting room and came over to speak. We walked outside and he showed me how to stow my rear seat belts so they did not interfere with my luggage carrier. Can't beat all that service!!! More

Not honoring your own discount coupon. Drop vehicle of for a recall and basic service. The service representative informed me by phone call of additional work needed. I had coupon for discount on vehicle for a recall and basic service. The service representative informed me by phone call of additional work needed. I had coupon for discount on vehicle service but not in my hand at the time and this was made known to the service rep. She said it could be pulled from the internet. When the vehicle was picked up the discount was $27.00 on little over a $1,000.00 spent. I showed her the discount coupon I had for 5%, 10% or 15% depending on the amount spent for parts and labor. This would have given me a discount over $100 instead of the $27.00. More
My car currently has 74,000 miles. Steve made it his business to mention that I had missed my 30,000, 45,000 and 60,000 mile services. I bring my car here all the time. A good service person would have let their customer know something like this prior to the car reaching these miles. These are very costly services and I am not able to just come up with $500 just like that. I have had my car for 2 years and I have regretted buying my car from Stokes. Never Again!!! More
Thor was very professional in his approach about selling the car to me. There was no presssure. I had a rather complicated arrangement for purchasing my new CRV. I would be using my daughter's 2000 CRV as a trade-in, because she is purchasing my 2007 CRV. But she could not bring the car down from up new CRV. I would be using my daughter's 2000 CRV as a trade-in, because she is purchasing my 2007 CRV. But she could not bring the car down from upstate New York until late February. The whole team at Stokes worked things out so that I could purchase the new car and deliver the oldest one at a later date. I've owned many cars in my day (I'm 70+), many of them Hondas, but I've never dealt with a dealership that went so far to ensure my getting the car of my choice when the trade-in detail was yet to be resolved. This is my second car from Stokes; all my service is done here. That says it all. MBL More

The service I received at Stokes was extraordinary. I "shopped" around at different dealerships, and Stokes exceeded all the other dealerships by far. Everyone was so helpful and nice, and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I was not given the "runaround", everything was straight forward and direct. In the future, I will give Stokes my business because they go above and beyond their normal obligations to the customer. I was given a phenomenal deal on my Honda, and I will make it my priority to make sure that people I come into contact with, know that Stokes is the best dealership around.
