Jack was great to work with, very sweet and helfpful. The only problem I have is that my car sounded great when I brought it in but I noticed a whine when I picked it up. I was a GM for Modular Sales for over 40 years. I have watched Stokes grow over that time from its first location on Dorchester Rd. Although my research showed the Honda Odyssey to be the verhicle I was watched Stokes grow over that time from its first location on Dorchester Rd. Although my research showed the Honda Odyssey to be the verhicle I was looking for, I intentionally went through the internet for contact. Having directed internet sales in my business, I was pleased to note how well Stokes handled the process. I was responded to quickly by email, followed up by an unobstrusive phone call within several hours and asked to visit the dealership. Upon arriving at dealership was turned over to Sales Specialist by the GM (a very comfortable transition) and the Salesman was excellent. I have since made one service call which was handled extremely well. Knowing that everything boils down to sales being a people business, I believe Stokes Honda understands this and has done an excellent job of it. Congrats!! More
Everything in your service department is overpriced compared to Superior Honda and Hendrick Honda. While Mr. Dobbs was telling me about my car, I felt like he was treating me as if I didn't take care compared to Superior Honda and Hendrick Honda. While Mr. Dobbs was telling me about my car, I felt like he was treating me as if I didn't take care of my car. He gave me a quote for the items that needed to be addressed. I took my car to another dealership and got a quote for $100 less with much nicer customer service. They made me feel like a valued customer instead of a woman who was just coming in off the streets. I've been in your service department twice, and each time I left with a sour taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, if I had no other choice, I would visit your service department. Other than that, I will continue to drive for 45 minutes to an hour to get my car serviced. More

Made appointment 2 weeks in advance for airbag recall on 2002 Accord and was told at that time the part would be ordered and on hand for the day of the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, luckil 2002 Accord and was told at that time the part would be ordered and on hand for the day of the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, luckily the tech checked for the part before disassembling the car. Part had not been ordered and was not on hand. Two hours of my life I'll never get back. Part has since been ordered an I'm told is on hand for new appointment this Saturday February 11. Y'all are normally 1st class and I understand the occasional snafu. More
