I haven't had a new car in seven years and I was dreading the thought of going in to buy one. I am so glad I did!! I love my new Accord..... My experience there was awesome. My husband and I called a week in advance to make a 10am appointment for just a basic oil change in our Honda Civic. We were not called and told our vehicle was finished until 1145am and we arrived at 945a appointment for just a basic oil change in our Honda Civic. We were not called and told our vehicle was finished until 1145am and we arrived at 945am. It was very frustrating sitting in a dealership waiting 2 hours on a basic oil change. We were never updated on the progress of our vehicle nor did anyone apologize for our long wait. If the service time does not improve, we will not being getting our oil change at this dealership after we have completed our free oil changes. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to service a vehicle efficiently? More
I was treated wonderfully! I told Tony what I wanted and was immeadiately shown the CRV. I was sold as soon as I drove it. My color of CRV I wanted was not in stock. The reason why we had kind of a bad experience is because we/I was honest with the salesperson (Ric) from this time I walked in the door. I told him to find me something that will get me under a payment of we/I was honest with the salesperson (Ric) from this time I walked in the door. I told him to find me something that will get me under a payment of $250. After three days of being told that I will have no problem, we get into finance and the payment was quit a bit high (by $57). So we were pissed. I did like the salesman. He listened and didn't really try to sell me the car. He listened to what I wanted, and then found it. My wife is very happen with her new to her CRV.
