I walked into Stokes Honda about 12 or13 years ago looking for a replacement family auto. Unknowingly, I had walked into the "maintenance" rather than the "sales" door. A balding gentleman by the name of Jack Nathans greeted me like he's been waiting for me to arrive all week. I told Jack what I was there for, and he immediately introduced me to a sales-person. Since then, every time I brought one of the 5 Honda Accords we have purchased there for maintenance, I have sought Jack out, if he was not at his desk. He is remarkably straight-forward and honest!!
