We have gotten our van serviced at Stokes Honda since 2003 and have always worked with Cleve and Chrissy regarding service. It was a routine oil change and I added a tire rotation. The initial greeting took about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me, resulting in the Good for Customer service. I have had Honda's almost my entire driving life and love them. I understand and was taught by my father if you treat your car right it will treat you right. I did have some questions on the certain aspects of the car so I could maybe learn something concerning the inner workings of my vehicle. I am in nursing and understand the human body but when it comes to cars am at a loss. I think when there is a customer wanting to understand something concerning their vehcile which is getting work it would be helpful to take a little time to explain it to them. I know that is not the job of the service department and google is a great option. :) I did have a great experience with Stokes Honda and Raymond Dobbs as he stepped out the minute he saw me coming and arranged for me to have a car for the day while mine was being fixed which was really helpful. We are in the market for a new vehcile this September and would love to try to talk my husband into a honda civic. I hope to see you guys soon and thank you for your great customer service. More

I took my car in for a bad window tint job waited all day to get it back just to have it look just as bad as before. I waited in front of the service dept in front of almost the entire service dept staff for to get it back just to have it look just as bad as before. I waited in front of the service dept in front of almost the entire service dept staff for about ten minutes an no one even acknowledged me I had to go to one. Of the guys an ask or help .that was the start of it when I got the car back I was not happy with the outcome my salesman took me back to speak to Christine who basically said she had no time to deal with it an told tony to just get the tint guy jermaine I showed him what I was talking about he a said some will come out an some will not because he does not have a clean enclosed area to work in he is in the service area where the mechanics actually do the service work an the doors are always open and the wind blows dust an stuff around.i also had a totally unrelated issue with a salesman who went looking thru my deal an personal info with my brother in law when he had no right to do so he was not my salesman an should never have done that I am still considering what an if any legal action should be taken by the way the salesman was a guy named prince my salesman an the finance manager were great tony easy is a standup guy with no b.s. as well as the finance manager these two guys are great but other than that I have not had a good experience with the rest of the dealership IWill not buy or recommend stokes to anyone the service is terrible ,the salespeople or at least one of them are going into other salesmans deals an giving personal deal info to unrelated parties of the actual deal which is against the privacy act policies I would like to have any other service dept issues taken care of by another Honda dealership VERY BAD DEALINGS WITH STOKES HONDA More
