Check in was fast and friendly. Wait was not long for oil change and inspection. TV in kids area was not working, but my 5 year old kept busy with a few of the baby toys that were there. My husband and I visited the Stokes Honda North dealership on Saturday and inquired on a few Honda Odesseys that we had seen on their website. Rick Marvin showed us only two vehicles. He showed us a 2009 Honda Odessey with 98,000 miles for $22,980 and a 2005 Honda Odessey with 78,000 miles for $12,984. We told Rick that $22,980 was too high for our budget and especially for a vehicle that had almost 100,000 miles on it. We decided that we were interested in the 2005. Rick told us that we could not test drive the vehicle until Monday because it needed to be detailed. We did paperwork with Rick and he advised us to put $250 down as earnest money until Monday so that the vehicle would not be sold before we could get there. He told us not to come until the afternoon and gave us his card. Monday afternoon my husband texted Rick and Rick told my husband that the vehicle did not pass inspection. My husband told him that there were a few new Odesseys on the website that we were interested in. Rick said, "Great! I'll see to when you get here!" My husband and I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and Mr. Watson said Rick had called in for the day. He was never even there! Mr. Watson sat down with us and we told him we were interested in certain vehicles and he said that those vehicles were not on their lot. Then he left us for a good amount of time and came back and said that it would take $3,000 to get things started. My husband explained that we had not even picked out a vehicle or seen one for that matter! We requested our money back that we had put down Saturday and Mr. Watson said that we would have to come back after 12 o'clock Tuesday. He did not seem very knowledgable or helpful! My husband then asked where the vehicles were located so that we could go look at them there and he was told that they would not know. My husband called Rick Marvin and no answer. He text him and no answer. So now my husband has to take off of work again and go back down to the dealership Tuesday to get our money back. We did not get to look at any of the vehicles we requested to look at and did not test drive one vehicle! This dealersip gave the impression that it was only interested in making the highest sale possible and not too interested in selling used vehicles. They were very unorganized and unknowledgable about inventory and procedure. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!!! They have now cost us gas to travel all the way down there three times and delayed giving us the money back. More
I needed a new tire for my new 2012 Honda Pilot (only 3 months old). I ran over some wood from construction or ???. The price was better than what Walmart quoted. While I was there the service guy answered a few questions about my car. The waiting area was very nice. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. More

When I arrived at your lot the car was marked up to $29,827.52, Including a $770.00 destantion charge and a mark up of $1752.52 for dealer added equipment and services.
