It's way too confusing to even get the car looked at at this location. They have multiple desks without clear locations for service only. The lady who checked me in once I finally found the service desk wa this location. They have multiple desks without clear locations for service only. The lady who checked me in once I finally found the service desk was very nice and helpful. The gentleman who called me to say what was wrong with the car (02 sensor) was very abrupt and didn't answer questions directly (only saying that the car is in limp mode when I asked if it would rectify the problem I originally stated). When I picked up the car, I was honestly unsure if the problem had been fixed -- I know the malfunction indicator is gone, but are the things I brought up on check-in (slow acceleration at 2K revs) normal? Felt like I threw my money away at this location for no real answers. More
I walked in Stocks Honda skeptical of what to expect. Lyndon Wright has made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that I almost forgote I was buying a car, rather talking to a buddy. He guided me through Lyndon Wright has made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that I almost forgote I was buying a car, rather talking to a buddy. He guided me through the whole car buying experience so smoothly and throughly. He has a perfect knowledge of his Honda cars. By the time he was done his demonstration about the Honda pilot, I was sold on it. Then came finance department and JD. JD is another great asset to Stocks Honda. His patience and knowledge of finance matters and his way of simply and easily explaining the different options was superb. It was so pleasant of an expierance I will recommend Stocks Honda to all my friends and family. More

Couldn't ask for a nicer salesman! Although I think he got along better with my husband - he was still fun. Finding a TWILIGHT BLUE CROSSTOUR was not easy - but STOKES had what I wanted! got along better with my husband - he was still fun. They told me exactly what I needed done when I went in. When it wasn't possible to fix they told me what else was wrong with my car and gave me options of what I could do before they could service my car. When it wasn't possible to fix they told me what else was wrong with my car and gave me options of what I could do before they could service my car. There was also a complimentary shuttle to take me back to work while my car was serviced and it picked me back up from work to take me to get my car. Service and time were great. No complaints at all. More
We was disappointed from the "git-go" as we were approached by Mr. Bodiford and he informed us that Jim Godbout had just left the day before for Italy. Mr. Bodiford told us that Jim asked were approached by Mr. Bodiford and he informed us that Jim Godbout had just left the day before for Italy. Mr. Bodiford told us that Jim asked him to take care of Jim's customers. Well, as Lloyd Bentsen once said to Dan Quayle in a debate, "You're no Jack Kennedy," Michael Bodiford is no Jim Godbout. Don't get me wrong, not all of what he done was bad, but when he was showing us the 2010 Pilot and was pointing out all the great things about it, he was very specific in pointing to the left from tire and stating it has new tires. Of course the tires on the vehicle had tire shine and all of them looked new and I didn't give a thought to the fact that maybe not all four tires were not new. He said he pointed out to us that it was stated in the items that were done to the vehicle for it to qualify for a Honda Certified Used Car that only two tires were new. This was after we had finished with the finance manager and signed the papers to finance the vehicle and it was 8:45 p. m. on a Saturday evening and we were wanting to get home to watch a game on TV, that he started to go over those items. Needless to say, we didn't pay a whole lot of attention. It wasn't until the next day as I was going over those papers that I noticed that there were only two new tires, not four. I then went out into the garage and looked at the tires on the back of the vehicle and I am confident that the right rear tire would not have qualified for being on a Certified Used Car. And so I went back to your dealership Monday a. m. and approached Mr. Bodiford. He vehemently stated that he told my wife and I that only two tires were new. We only drive vehicles with all four matching tires so as to be be able to do regularly scheduled rotations. As we have moved from a large home in a plantation to a villa close to all that we need, we decided we no longer needed two cars, so we traded a 2002 Accord and a 2005 Odyssey. Both of those vehicles had excellent Michelin tires. Why would we want a vehicle that had otherwise? I am grateful that finally, after being so adamant, new matching tires were placed on the back. I am only disappointed that we had to go through what we went through to have that accomplished. I then had to come back to Stokes to get a second key made, as there was only one with the vehicle. Sat in the service waiting area for over an hour waiting for Mr. Bodiford to tell us that the key was made. Finally I walked back to one of the sales cubicles only to find Mr. Bodiford sitting there shooting the bull with some other salesmen and when I walked up, he went "oh" and went to check on the key. Yes, it was done. My wife (Diane Blair Swartz) and I have now purchased a total of eleven vehicles from Stokes Honda, dating back to Dorchester Road. This experience came as a big surprise to us. Mr. Bodiford I am sure is a fine gentleman. I understand that he is relatively new in automobile sales and I'm sorry that this unfortunate situation occurred and we wish him all the best in the future. More
Staff was very accommodating. Friendly. Remembered me by name when I came back a few days later. Everyone was easy going. Easy to talk to. Johnny at retail was very nice as well. No one seemed to mind that name when I came back a few days later. Everyone was easy going. Easy to talk to. Johnny at retail was very nice as well. No one seemed to mind that I had my kids there. Overall great experience. The test will be if staff remembers me when I bring the van in for oil changes! More
