The problem was I came to have an oil change and have a seat belt light checked out that was coming on. The oil change was done in an appropriate time limit from what I was told but I arrived at 11:04am a seat belt light checked out that was coming on. The oil change was done in an appropriate time limit from what I was told but I arrived at 11:04am and didn't leave until 1:41. I had my 8 and 11 year children with me. Very long morning! I had to go an ask several times what was taking so long. I am accustomed to a service person coming out telling me what is going on. No one did that until I went up for the 2nd or 3rd time to ask what was going on. I am suppose to come in to get my part put in. I have not rushed to do so because the last two times I have come to the service department the time I have waited has been unreasonable. Dan was very helpful and apologized. But I don't feel this was his issue. The service technician they said my van was waiting on was the problem. I would have thought after the oil change was done that technician could have come and told me that a the technician that had too look at my selt belt light was unavailable at that time and there would be a wait and let me make my decision from there. I was there almost 3 hours! :( More

My sales person, Ryan Young, was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and I ended up choosing the first car he brought me to drive, a Kia Sedona preowned van and I love it. The team also worked hard to put together the financing that I needed to get behind the wheel. I was kind of suprised that as I sat in the show room (vs. the service waiting area) no one approached me to see if I was waiting on someone to get back to me. The earlier part of the experience with Jordan was great. I almost get what I want the price to be. However, at the later part of the purchase, the finance person add the price back to the price on the windo I almost get what I want the price to be.
