He is very personable and about the most sincere car salesman I've ever met (and that is saying something as I've met many and am very good at smelling baloney). I've dealt with one other salesperson there that I can't say that about (quite the opposite). While your experience may be hit-or-miss depending on who you get, the majority of the people there are VERY nice and really want to help if they can. So, from a consumer standpoint, if you get bad service from one employee there, dismiss yourself from them and find someone else, they will help! Used Cars I'm not impressed with their used prices. You may find a deal, but overall, I'd say go somewhere else. I don't think they're trying to rip anyone off, they just aren't the cheapest for what you're getting as a rule (and what do you expect from a dealership, they have a lot of overhead). Even still, I found them very willing to negotiate provided the offer was reasonable (just do your research and ask for something fair, they are willing to meet you if they can). New Cars As far as new cars, I'm EXTREMELY impressed. I was amazed at how honest and up-front both Tommy and the sales manager were (his name is Dan). Dan was no push-over, but he was brutally honest about where he was coming from and I respect that a lot; he’s a reasonable man of logic (especially given the rep of most car salesman). I’ve worked with Tommy researching and planning for about 2 or 3 months and he was very willing to spend the time answering and researching questions and helping me find the right car. That seemed to be his genuine goal, to help find the right car for us (not his salessheet) and when it was time to buy we made an incredible deal. I won’t do them the disservice of saying what I got the car for because it was a steal, but I will say that we expected to have to buy a lightly-used car and they bent over backwards on the pricing and we were able to get into a new Accord EX-L V-6 at a price we were comfortable with. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I have zero doubt that we got the best deal we could have, anywhere! I wish that I could express how satisfied, impressed, and thankful I am for these men and this dealership. Do your research, be willing to ask questions, be reasonable, and they’ll bend over backwards to help you! Service I’ve also visited the service department here many times. I’ve gotten to know the manager there as well (Cleve). Overall I’ll give the service dept a 4. They’re very willing to help, but you do have to wait in line for quite a while sometimes. At the same time, it’s not because they don’t want to help, it’s because they are VERY busy. The same applies here, your service experience can be hit or miss depending on who you get, but once again, most of them are very willing to help. They are more than willing to work with you, answer questions, take care of you, and even shuttle you if you don’t have a way to work or something while they’re working on your car. They have a lot of little touches including a free soda fountain and a “student desk” area. I’ve gotten everything from oil changes to suspension work done there and I’ve been pretty satisfied. I think that they do good work. Once in a while they’ll forget something small, but the quality of the work is solid and, in keeping with the rest of the dealership, they’ll help in any way they can. Parts Unfortunately for the parts dept, I’m getting tire of typing. Much of the same compliments are appropriate here. They are also very willing to help and have even helped me find parts cheaper on several occasions. More
Very shady sales staff. Got passed around between salesmen. They wanted $1700 over sticker price and offered $5000 less than inn for my trade. Crooks. Plain and simple. Do not shop here. salesmen. Had to bring my car in 5 times in 6 weeks for the same problem (headrest replaced and tailgate not working). Wrong parts was ordered and also parts wasn't order for service to be complete. Last service I problem (headrest replaced and tailgate not working). Wrong parts was ordered and also parts wasn't order for service to be complete. Last service I had a 8:00a appointment and didn't get my car back until close to 7:00p and when I got it back it was dirty from the work that was done (hand prints all over the ceiling of the car and all over the back). Jack tried to clean much as he could but it was getting dark out in the parking lot and hard to see everything. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. It really leaves a bad taste dealing with Honda. More

Only bad thing is t a new motor. Finally decided to get a new car instead. Bought a Fit from your dealership. Excellent service all the way. Only bad thing is the now I have a payment! We like the car so its a little easier and hopefully no repair bills for quite a while. More
On the 14th of August 2012. I went to Stokes Honda because I saw a 2003 Honda S2000 for sale. I asked for the price. The price was around 18 thousand, I don't remember exactly. A previous buyer was in because I saw a 2003 Honda S2000 for sale. I asked for the price. The price was around 18 thousand, I don't remember exactly. A previous buyer was interested to buy the car. I told the dealer that I don't care if they sell the car to him; by the way, I happen to know this buyer. He thought the price was too high. The dealer told me that they "turned him down" so I could buy the car. Which is a LIE!. They didn't turn him down. He decided not to buy the car. I told him I would do it for 15 thousand. The dealer agreed to sell me the car for 15 thousand. The sales man shook hands on the deal. At the time I owned 2625 dollars to Navy Federal on a 2002 Honda civic. Stokes Honda offered me 1600 dollars for the trade in. (Read closely now) This is the way it was supposed to be: 15000 dollars for the S2000 minus 1600 dollars for the trade in money, equals 13400, plus administrative fee = 13699.50 dollars plus the 2625 dollars that i own on the 2002 honda civic, plus other fees = 16379.00. What they actually did was. get the check for 16379.00 on top of that add the 2625 dollars for my trade in car. That should equal 19004 dollars. which is what i currently own as of 22 august 2012 to navy federal. 19004 dollars!!! I went to the dealer today to fix this issue. The guy in charge gave me a horrible attitude!!! obviously because he knew i figured out the problem. I went to the dealer to fix a real problem with the financing, not to argue. He had a bad attitude with me, I talked to a different guy. He's the only one at Honda that wears a suit. We talked to the bank and we came up with a solution to the problem. Tomorrow 23 of august 2012 I should own Navy Federal 16379 dollars for the S2000 not 19 thousand. The only reason i rate "GOOD" on customer service is because of this business man who does not lie and wears a suit very professionally. The man that helped me resolve this issue. The reason why i don't rate customer service "GREAT" is because of this Manager that gave me a bad attitude because i wanted to resolve a real financial problem with the Navy Federal loan. More
The service was terrible. I called ahead. When I arrived, I was ignored. It was mass chaos. They finally got me a ride to work. Then I was told the service was done and to come get my car. I requested a ride I was ignored. It was mass chaos. They finally got me a ride to work. Then I was told the service was done and to come get my car. I requested a ride that never showed up, and when i got there, only the oil change, but not the alignment was done which meant that I got to take my car on a 1000 mile trip without it being fixed. Furthermore, when I took it somewhere else to get an alignment- they told me that my rear struts and front breaks were my problem- you would have thought they could have told me that at stokes. More
