The service I requested was done, but took over an hour for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. The price was ridiculous...almost $40.00 for an oil change! It was late in the day, so I supp for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. The price was ridiculous...almost $40.00 for an oil change! This dealership is near my home, but there is another dealership on the other side of town that offers courteous, faster service and at a a lower cost. More

Ric was a very good sales man. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, but just wanting to look at different vehicles. My overall experience was great. I had a pre-approved loan and I knew exactly what Model Honda that I wanted to purchase. I was taken on a test drive, and had all of the features on the 2012 CR-V explai loan and I knew exactly what Model Honda that I wanted to purchase. I was taken on a test drive, and had all of the features on the 2012 CR-V explained to me. Mr. Sinsuat was very helpful and friendly. He found the CR-V that I wanted and he was even able to find one in the color that I wanted. I felt a little rushed through the pricing phase, as I had a saving certificate from USAA, but still ended up paying more than I had anticipated. Overall, I would definitely recommend Stokes to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. Everyone made my experience very easy and hassle free. Sandra was extremely helpful from the beginning. I had a very competitive price quote from a dealer a little further away, but really wanted to make the purchase in the local area. Sandra worked with the manager and was able to beat the best price I had and also threw in some extras. I was currently deployed and my wife is expecting triplets. So I was really hoping the quote she gave me would not change and that I could come into the dealership and make the transaction without wasting too much time. The sales and finance guys made everything go super smoothly and I really couldn't believe it went that well. It's by far the best large transaction I have made in a long time. It went so smooth and fast with the sales and finance guys that I cannot even think of their names right now. Sorry. Everyone, from the very beginning, was outstanding. Standard price massaging from sales person. He uses gm as a shield for negiotiation. This was good and bad ... the research did proove that the saleaperson and dealer had stopped installing due to a valid issue. Communicating this before selling and agreeing to price would be expected in a honest transaction. The sales person avoided topic and did not do research... treating me just like another bag of money. Friendly on the surface but not worthy of trust. In attempts to gain some value back from option negotiated but not fufilled thw dealer and salea person offered me additional sales. Truely poor customer service to not give rebate nor free item to make up for his lack of preparation and willingness to take care of customer. I even gave a simple 5 minute solution to problem by install of 2 rivet nuts for side boards. Dealer made excuse as to not being able to perform task. Sent clear signal that mysatisfaction was not important versus the 100$ they could make on install. Simple polite honesty is all i ask for instead i recieved the opposite. More
