I was pleased to work with Mr. James, very friendly. When dealing with the person in financing, it wasn't the greaatest. I am not saying he was horrible, there were a couple of times that I felt like he was dealing with the person in financing, it wasn't the greaatest. This is the second time I have bought a car from Stokes Honda North. Mr. Godbout is the reason I came back. He gave me such excellent service the first time, as he did with this second time. I enjoyed working with Joe Tante. He was very pleasant and courteous. He walked me around and introduced me to the service department and based on the input I received I have decided to have my vehicle s and courteous. I felt my salesperson was a great listener and tuned in quickly to my needs and wants. I was able to zero in on my car very quickly. Lyndon was extremely knowledgeable about the car and not only did he sho quickly to my needs and wants. I was able to zero in on my car very quickly. Lyndon was extremely knowledgeable about the car and not only did he show me how everything worked, he had me also do it so I would be comfortable with the workings of my new car from day one. The gentleman who did my financing was also very competent and got me into a payment I was comfortable with which also included a maintenance contract I had wanted but did not think I would be able to afford. I have never had a maintenance agreement before but felt I needed it since I was buying and not leasing as I usually do. My overall experience was the easiest I have ever had purchasing/leasing a car. What really impressed me was when I got my car home I saw a bit of glue residue on the window from the price sticker and when trying to remove it, scratched the tint film on my window. I called Lyndon and he arranged to have it replaced for me. This was done at no cost which is such an example of customer service which exceeds expectations. Aim truly happy with my experience at Stokes Honda and will certainly be letting others know. By the way, the full tank of gas was also a wonderful surprise and not expected. More

I was a little unhappy when I took my car to Honda to find out the smoke/smell coming from my engine was due to a recalled part that I was not notified about nor were all the parts in stock. I took the shuttle home to borrow my mother's car because I was informed Stokes Honda does not provide courtesy cars anymore - since this was a warranty issue I was hoping to not be burden with finding my own transportation to and from work for the two days. I asked Jack if he could have them wash my car while it was at the shop and he said he would take care of it - when I picked up my car yesterday, it hadn't been washed as requested. I had my power steering hose replaced two months ago which was the recalled part that was leaking when I brought it into the shop. I do wonder what would have happened if the hose had busted while I was driving versus a slow leak that I was able to identify and bring my car in to be inspected. My car is 8 years old and I'll be looking to replace it soon, but honestly can say I will not buy another Honda after the experience I have had with this car. More
This visit was not as good as previous experiences at Stokes. Upon arrival to service department for my scheduled appointment, no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes when I went inside. I then asked someone and was told they would be with me in 5 minutes. Raymond checked me in for my oil change and tire rotation and I told him I was waiting. I had waited for one hour when I was called and told I was in need of new tires. Raymond said oil change was completed at this point. I decided to come back another day for tires and then had to wait another 45 minutes before I was able to pay and get my car. Raymond did take 10 dollars off for my wait but I have never had this kind of wait before in the service department. More
