Jon, Brad, and David Parry were all top notch professionals and the process could have not been easier. The sales staff is knowledgeable, fair and not a shred of hard sell attitude. Since that time I have returned three times for trade-in and a new car. All three times Denise was attentive, helpful, responsive and understanding. I like doing business with Denise. She makes the process hassle free. With my recent trade-in, she delivered the vehicle to my place of work so that I would not have to make the drive to the dealership. Now that's what I call service. I loved all of my Volvo's; 2 XC60's and now the S60. Great vehicles and I will continue purchasing Volvo vehicles. The service department at this dealership is great too! Painless and friendly experience I was able to purchase a car from stillman by email, phone after having done a test drive. This was a big plus as I live about 4 hours away.
