2013 XC90 I had an interesting sales process to say the least as it started with Scott Evans (who I had purchased a car from before) for the initial test drive I had an interesting sales process to say the least as it started with Scott Evans (who I had purchased a car from before) for the initial test drive and ended with David as Scott went on vacation, down under, the following day. On the way to the dealership to trade in my car I was involved in a minor accident. It was a complete nightmare for me but David was great the entire time, patient and understanding about the situation, and ultimately I was still able to purchase the XC90. There was a minor fix that I had asked to be taken care of and David, Ted and Scott followed through on their agreement with me to get the item fixed. Any other dealership probably would have blown me off for something so minor but they collectively saw the deal through to the end and that says a lot about not just the dealership but each of them individually. They are all great to work with, highly recommend all 3 of them and I hope to be back for a 3rd purchase in the future, minus the accident on the way there. Since that time I have returned three times for trade-in and a new car. All three times Denise was attentive, helpful, responsive and understanding. I like doing business with Denise. She makes the process hassle free. With my recent trade-in, she delivered the vehicle to my place of work so that I would not have to make the drive to the dealership. Now that's what I call service. I loved all of my Volvo's; 2 XC60's and now the S60. Great vehicles and I will continue purchasing Volvo vehicles. The service department at this dealership is great too!
