As part of our commitment to resolving the situation, we provided a loaner vehicle, addressed all issues with your Palisade, and contacted your tire warranty provider. Unfortunately, despite your contract being active, the provider declined coverage due to the tire severe wear and the object in the sidewall. However, we wanted to ensure your safety and satisfaction, so we replaced the tire at a discounted rate while covering the labor costs. Additionally, we have ordered a new jack for your vehicle. Regarding the engine noise, it was not a concern brought to our attention, but we would be happy to inspect it further if needed. We truly regret any miscommunication or inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your feedback as we continually strive to improve.
