Went to get a state inspection done on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. Estimated time to full service completion was 1 hour 30 mintues, which is about how long it took. Jon and Frank remained attentive to myself and other customers the entire time, keeping everyone up to date on what was happening to their vehicles. Only reason this isn't a 5 star review is due to the pricing for hours of labor for additional services on the vehicle. If the price could be adjusted differently or more of a discount could be applied for services, this could bring more more customers in to have their vehicles serviced regularly, i.e., quarterly or annually. More

Should be a negative took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I never seen employees work so slow. The service manager need to look at the staffing and should be fired. Andy Tran was the sales specialist who helped me from my first interaction to the moment I drove away with my new truck. He remembered our initial conversation in great detail, which to me, says a lot. But, if he is to be praised, it shouldn't just be for his memory. It was not just his attention to details, it was his follow through that saved the day. Andy Tran heard that I experienced trouble when trying to finalize my purchase. He got a hold of me immediately, even though I had already left without my truck, only half paid for, to ask what happened. He consulted other members of Sterling McCall Hyundai on our behalf and came up with a solution! Which didn't just help us get a truck and him a commission, he provided us with something much greater. A sense that someone saw us and someone listened and cared, and in our world, that's beyond rare. I wonder if he realizes how much of a difference he made in our lives today.
