What Others Say

Sam and his boss were very good to deal with. I had went to a different dealer before and the way Sterling McCall treated me was exceptional, a lot better than the previous dealer.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your dealership. On [insert purchase date], I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Within hours of driving the vehicle home, the ABS warning light appeared, accompanied by a hybrid system warning instructing me to stop driving. The vehicle lost braking power, entered limp mode, and produced a grinding sensation in the wheels—posing a serious safety risk. I returned the vehicle the very next day. Your team claimed to have repaired the issue, but the same problem reoccurred just days later. When I brought the car back again, the dealership refused to perform any further repairs, citing the “as-is” sale clause. This response is unacceptable given the nature of the defect. Selling a vehicle with a faulty hybrid ABS hydraulic brake booster pump—an issue that directly affects braking performance and safety—is not only irresponsible, but potentially deceptive. Such a vehicle should never have passed inspection, let alone been sold without disclosure. The “as-is” clause does not absolve the dealership from accountability when a known safety defect is present at the time of sale. I e-mailed the GM but have not gotten a response.

• I was charged over $1,300 for repairs that did not fix the issue. • I was pressured into financing repairs under the false assurance that this would resolve the problem. • I could have saved over $2,000 by going to my trusted mechanic, who ultimately fixed the issue. • I left the dealership more frustrated, financially burdened, and without trust in Hyundai’s service department.

Some vending machines would improve the experience. Right now, there's only a coffee machine. If you need to work, there's a bar you can place you computer on. Overall experience with the service is good.

Good people to work with. Didn't try to lead me a different direction. Will recommend
